Wow! Just, wow! It's very rare for me to not have the words, but I am stunned in the best way possible. First and foremost, get here as soon as you can. Don't hesitate. Don't put it off til next week. Don't save your first visit for that perfect friend that you know who loves crepes. In reality, they've never had a crepe until they've been here. That's exactly how I'm feeling leaving here right now. I'm sitting in my car and started this review the moment I left. That's how adamant I am in sharing this wonderfully perfect place. This is one of those truly rare places that will stick with you for as long as you live. My wife and I ordered the lemon berry and caramel apple crepes. To say they were beyond incredible is a gross understatement and I feel guilty describing them in such a manner. Please visit just once, and I won't have to tell you to visit often because I know you will of your own volition. The owner (Eric) is a passionate, warm, friendly and caring man. If I never shared a conversation with him I would still feel all that through the crepes we were fortunate enough to stumble upon. These small mom and pop shops are what we all hope to find every now and again and boy am I counting my lucky stars we found ourselves here tonight. I can say with absolute certainty this will not be last night we will find ourselves here in Boulder at the Holy Crepe. After this, I'll be working on the list of people I will be bringing here. Not that I need any excuse to come back. Bon Appétit.
Eric, thank you so much for making Boulder your home. We are so lucky to have you and your wife here. I wish you all the success and recognition...
Read more2024 update: 4 out of the last 5 times we’ve tried to come here they’ve been closed. The irregular hours are becoming frustrating. The few times we have been here the crepes are tough and chewy
——- Overall I would say the crepes were good and I will definitely come back. I appreciated that the hours were longer- open until midnight some days of the week. The staff was very friendly as well. I appreciated that the Nutella crepe did not have an overwhelming amount of Nutella on it, and the savory crepe wasn’t over or understaffed. The only issue I had with the crepes were a couple touch spots around the edges on both, and the flavor of the asparagus in the Normandy, which tasted like it may not have been fresh. That being said it was still plenty good and didn’t stop me from eating most of what we ordered. I will certainly come back here and would recommend it to anyone. I think next time...
Read moreMy husband and I came here on a date after reading the reviews and I have to say this place completely lived up to expectations. I got the chicken Alfredo and my husband got the Norwegian, they were both absolutely delicious. We got a sweet and salty and the coconut joy for dessert, I preferred the coconut joy, that one was amazing. The sweet and salty was also good but perhaps just not my taste. I got two classics to go for my kids at home and those ones are really really good as well and kids loved them. I would definitely love to come back and I would definitely say if you're in Boulder and want some stand out food to check this place out. I always drove by it and was curious for a long time and now when I drive by I'll always have those unforgettable sweet and...
