KFC — Restaurant in Boulder

I would give this establishment zero stars if I were offered that option.

I went through the drive-thru to grab some dinner on my way home with my mom and sister. Ordering was prompt and easy, but the physical service of "receiving our meal" was horrible. It took over twenty minutes (no exaggeration) for the person in front of us to have their order corrected. When we finally got up to the window, the woman at the window (who also seemed to be the manager) said, in a non-caring tone, "sorry about that," to which my mom said thank you, but we were waiting over twenty minutes. The worker informed us that they were having difficulties with their system, which was FALSE. We know their system was working because (1) cars kept piling in behind us, their orders being taken just fine and (2) the person in front of us simply had an incorrect order in which they had to wait over twenty minutes to receive the correct one, we know this because we saw them hand the food back through the drive-thru window including their drink; none of the food was made. To enhance my argument of the food not being made, the next thing to come out of this woman's mouth was "where is the food for [our] order now?" My mom was calm when asking if next time, they could tell the person with the incorrect order to pull up and wait for the food to be run to them so those who wanted to leave could leave. The woman responded sarcastically by saying "thanks, I'll take that into consideration next time," clearly not caring one bit. We pulled away, as we were fed up and the people in the cars behind us were complaining out of their windows about why there was a hold up for over twenty minutes, too. I am glad we did not give this KFC/Taco Bell our service, and that the person behind us also pulled away without their order.

Went in not realizing the reviews were at 2stars and boy were we disappointed. ordered Chicken little combo and the 3 tender fill up box. The bread on the chicken little was hard and had to remove it just to eat the chicken. All of the chicken that was ordered Was dry stringy and NOT fresh. They gave us a large side of potatoes instead of individual sides. When I went to ask for an individual side (container only) so we could split the potatoes I was given the option of a lid? Employee Tried to give me a cookie to make up for the mistake? Ended up just going to the front counter getting a refund, food was disgusting. worst KFC I have been to. Also if you have new shoes or ones that don’t have great grip be careful! who ever closes the store at night clearly doesn’t use the proper cleaning agent/ degreaser for the floors to be clean almost slipped and fell multiple times. The manager was friendly and polite! so thank you for not being an a**, but still very disappointed in the quality of the food and how i was treated like I don’t know the difference between a styrofoam individual side container to a lid. Wont be going back to...

Ordered food from here online and requested dark meat, when I got home I noticed they gave me breast and thighs, The chicken was overcooked and tasted like it had been cooked old grease. They also forgot to give me sauce for my tenders and plates. I called the next day to let them know about the order and I was told that I needed to call back immediately after getting food to get a refund. Be Aware when getting food from here, I would not recommend ordering online and do not go in the evening as you will get old food.

Update 8/11/2020 Went to this location and the chicken and Tacos were delicious. The guy working the register was kind and I felt he took pride in the food. So now I give them 5 stars, keep up...
