HAIR AND FEATHERS—DISGUSTING!!!

Ordered "buffalo wings", only to realize I was eating baked hair and feathers—absolutely revolting! Never in my life did I think I’d have to inspect my food like a forensic scientist before taking a bite, but wing after wing, something felt off… only to discover they were NEVER PLUCKED.

HOW does a restaurant not notice that?! HOW do they still serve it to their customers like that?! Where is the quality control?!

I’m the type to let things slide and move on, but this? This got me heated. The fact that I’m even writing this review—when I NEVER write reviews—should tell you everything about their customer service. I confronted the establishment directly, and it turned into a full-blown argument and a scene. Their employees had the audacity to act like this was MY FAULT, as if I was the one back there plucking, cleaning, and preparing the wings—does that even make sense?!

It just goes to show the level of characters they have in their kitchen, touching YOUR FOOD!

BEWARE WHEN ORDERING FROM THIS PLACE—INSPECT YOUR FOOD...

So the very tall young man with the huge bushy black hairdo& colored glasses watching movies on his phone in a trance,so intently picking his nose ,sticking fingers deep as he could in his ears with a maddening itch and scratching ,picking god knows what off his scalp the whole time staring at the phone holding it in front of his face reached into the plastic bag to grab bread proceeds to make garlic bread. GROSS!!!!! Who trains or even cares who is working there serving with unsanitary fingers that were just in every orifice on his head. Absolutely Disgusting!! And if you weren't unlucky enough to be sitting facing that little soda room, No-one would ever be the wiser. And then he went the mensroom with the phone Cause too many interruptions having to make garlic bread, When ever the table server girl asked. Watch the Food handlers. Clueless untrained and nobody there cares...

The food here tastes very good. I've had pizza, salads, pasta dishes, and other dishes and everything tastes really good. The problem is that they can't cater properly. For the second year in a row they came over 30 minutes late, and this time they lost the order and were over an hour late and that was after putting a deposit down. They gave us a nice bit of money off the order but my reputation has been sullied and can't be won back since it was the 2nd time with bad mistakes. I'm not going to post pics of food because 1. It's typical Italian food, but 2, because I don't feel like they deserve the kudos from me. I let the person taking the order know that there were mistakes last year and I was assured this time would go smoothly. Sadly I will not have them cater another event. They never...
