This is my boys favorite quick dinner. The Bountiful 500 south location always has such a friendly, helpful staff... they even accommodated a special request pi sign with pepperoni for pi day party. EDITED REVIEW We love LC and we come here a lot but usually in the evening but not usually in the afternoon/ lunch crowd. Today (5/25) we came in at the late lunch time and WOW the staff was OFF. I noticed a lady in front of me who placed her larger order 2 hours previous for a school party was being hassled by the details of the order including the root beer she had ordered but they didn't have any. She was happy to drop it from the order but the cashier gal was haggling with her to get the Sierra Mist (which they had in stock in abundance) saying "that's what she liked as a kid." The lady was visibly frustrated at the interaction and insisted that she wanted what she ordered and if they didn't have it she would go get it elsewhere. Then it was my turn. I produced an online coupon. The cashier told me it was fake. I knew it wasn't. She treated me like I was being dishonest. She said she would need to call her district manager to see about it. Before she finished helping me however she took the order of the person behind me. He had a straight forward order: pepperoni pizza, crazy bread/sauce. She handed him his pizza and then walked off (presumably to call her district manager) but he was left there with partial order even though there was plenty of crazy bread/ sauce ready. He was standing there with me. Meanwhile the gal who called her order in 2 hours before was still standing there, no pizza yet. She was really frustrated because now she was going to be late to her school party. She was calling back to the pizza cooks to find out anything and why a preorder that was supposed to be ready for Adelaide Elementary at a certain time was taking so long. The other guy still standing there next to me with a partial order called back for one of the cooks to get his crazy bread/ sauce that he already paid for but was just left standing there. When the cashier lady finally came back she looked and me and said "what are you waiting for?" I was a little stunned by her aggressive questioning and stammered "I thought you needed to call about the coupon." To which she responded, "I know how to enter it, what do you want." I ordered and left stunned. The lady from the elementary school still standing their waiting for her order. Seriously, makes me want to only come here in the evening or drive to...
Read moreIn late summer 2025, I started visiting Little Caesars again for the first time in a couple years. My first visit of the year was exceptional, causing me to return again twice within a semi short timeframe--but today, my 4th visit of the year, I had an experience that will, unfortunately, deter me from visiting this location for at least a year.
I ordered the 'extra most bestest' pepperoni pizza: it costs a dollar more for a bit of extra cheese and sauce. Considering Little Caesars to be a fairly priced place, I was happy to click the 15% tip button when it popped up.
Unfortunately, when I get to my car I realize they gave me a regular pepperoni pizza, I could tell both from the box's labeling and from the taste of the pizza. On top of that, I could tell it's one that was in the heat box for a long time, as Little Caesar's pizza tastes like cardboard once it's been in their heating area for too long.
The cashier didn't give me a receipt, so I drove home thinking 'maybe she thought I just ordered a pepporoni, and it's my fault for not talking loud and articulate enough,' I'll forgive her for hearing me wrong. But I went home and checked my card and the Little Caesar Website, and I calculated that she absolutely did charge me for the extra most bestest, meaning she heard me fine, and knowingly gave me the wrong pizza when she checked the hot and ready section and realized they didn't have the one I ordered.
I think the worker wanted to get rid of one of their older pizzas, and didn't want to cook a new one, so they charged me for the wrong pizza. Had they charged me for the pizza they gave me, I would have assumed she simply misheard me, and I wouldn't have left this review.
But part of me could feel her energy off when I was leaving, and I now have come to the conclusion she knew she was being sketchy.
I'll give this location another shot in a year or so, until then it's other pizza companies and perhaps I'll try the Centerville location of...
Read moreI was severely disappointed with this little Caesars. They exhibited a lack of professionalism and they don’t care about the customer. About a month ago I went in and got a simple pizza and breadsticks and my order wasn’t taken care of initially because they were out of bread sticks. I was fine to wait and ended up waiting for over 30 minutes. They told me that they would put my name on a list and not need any more information other than that and that if I returned at any time that I would receive the same order I did that night. They told me that there was nothing wrong with my order it’s just the fact that it was so long to get it to me that I deserve to have a free pizza. They told me not to tell their manager the next time I came in that the reason why I was put on this list was because it took so long but rather that there was something wrong with my order because that was going to get them in trouble if I said it took too long. When I returned just now, they refused to accept this and had no idea about what list I was talking about. When the cashier talked to the manager the manager, they refused to acknowledge me and said “It’s been a month? That’s too late. We can’t do that.” I was appalled at the fact that she couldn’t talk to me about the issue and refused to even acknowledge my problem. I left empty-handed and am upset because they were unable to fulfill the request that they had promised previously; I would’ve been happy with just a coupon a month ago. If you’re going to promise a customer something and then don’t fulfill that promise, that is inconsistent and unprofessional. I don’t appreciate the fact that the manager wouldn’t speak to me about this matter. I’m never going back to this Little Caesars and I’m probably not going to return to a Little Caesars for quite some time because of the lack of professionalism that...
