If you want snarky employees who don't listen then treat you badly when you ask for something to be corrected, this place is for you! This particular Subway takes the cake when it comes to awful customer service. If their job (making sandwiches) is so difficult and a simple request like, "can you please put sandwiches in separate bags and notate which sandwich is which" is beyond their ability to handle, maybe they shouldn't be working in a food/customer service industry. I was handed all of the sandwiches I ordered in the same bag and the employee was completely put out when I asked for separate bags (again). I also had the audacity to ask if the sandwiches had been marked, which they hadn't. The employee wasn't willing to help figure it out and was beyond rude to me as she slammed the drive-thru window in my face sarcastically yelling "have a nice day!!" at me. Last time I checked customers give businesses money which, in turn, pays employees wages. Not sure why I was treated like I did something wrong but this girl was completely out of line. My 2 children sitting in the car even commented about how rude she was. I'm done with giving this...
Read moreWish I could review the food I ordered. I spent 15 minutes waiting at the drive through menu waiting for the like overworked underpaid employee to get caught up on guests inside as well as doordash orders. there were two small cars in the lot. After the third round of “sorry about the wait” I opted out and took my business a block down the road to Jersey mikes. No drive thru, but I was very impressed with the variety of choices, fresh ingredients and the speed the well staffed restaurant worked with. In less time fan I waited I got a larger, more delicious fresh prepared sandwich made just the way I liked it. Shame on the owner of this subway. Treating employees like rented mules. I’ve often commented on the empty parking lot and now I know why it’s that way. Jersey Mikes is my new go to sandwich shop and I think you should make it yours too. The owners of this place should take a lesson in employee treatment and retention. Happy employees equals happy customers. As far as I can tell they have neither thank you for introducing me to a great new...
Read moreThe building is nice, but they keep having new owners or "under new management" really often which makes me wonder what the issue is. It's way too expensive for a sandwich that's mostly vegetables. When I went last, it was really late and they had already shut down the oven for the night. The kid I talked had to go ask the other guy, who was more experienced, and came back and said the oven was broken. It was an obvious lie, because I could see they had started cleaning it for the night (picture). When I asked him to melt the cheese in the microwave, he went back to the other guy to ask if the microwave was working. Really? You've worked a whole shift and you don't even know if the microwave is working? He was obviously asking to see if this was something he needed to lie about as well. I get it, it sucks to have people come in late, but if the store can't provide a good product and experience any time, then maybe they should just close. My wife didn't get the extra bacon she paid for either -...
