So not happy first of all walking to the door waited a while upfront nobody even realize that I was there and then when they did they told me to wait that someone will be right with me I place my order my son wanted to go grab some thing at the convenient store next-door I told them I’ll be right back I go grab whatever he wanted come back my coffee was still not ready then I got an attitude from one of the employees working there and then they just basically threw my coffee on the counter and not even apologizing that I had to wait so I grabbed a coffee and as I walked out same person she knows who she is sins around and tells me oh by the way you’re welcome, I mean why do I have to say thank you if you can’t even apologize that I was waiting and you didn’t take the time to make a customers coffee after they paid for it and you still taking your time making that coffee why do you work in that industry if you don’t have customer service experience or you want to be rude to a customer if we pay your salary as well. If it wasn’t for customers coming in buying coffee you won’t have a job I mean I run a business and I don’t read my customers like that I will go above and beyond for my customers no matter what even if I think that they not always right but I still do it I will never ever go...
Read moreWish I could rate this higher, as most of the staff there are very hard workers and care about the quality and service they try and provide, however some of the servers that join for the summer don't seem to receive proper training and are just thrown into the job full force and it feels like you see them more than the usual staff. seems like a lot of employees training other employees rather than any computer or manager training being done. it causes things to slow down and orders to need to be remade because of it. It's also a shame that they don't have the option to tip on cards like Starbucks and other food service jobs have started to provide for the people who don't carry cash...
Read moreNormally I would never be inclined to review a chain location of any kind, but I worked at a Dunkin for nearly five years and this was insane and worth sharing. Not only was service incredibly slow despite them not being busy at all, I had to keep correcting them during and after my order was placed as they kept trying to give me things I did not ask for (nitro cold brew instead of regular, bacon on wrap when I’m a vegetarian), but the real kicker here was that they cooked the wax paper from the egg patty INTO my food! Both employees present seemed like they haven’t been properly trained to be quite honest, I would recommend hitting the Starbucks next...
