I think their pastries and breads are very delicious, especially the chocolate macaroons which are to die for. My husband used to go there almost every week on and off for the past two or three years when he’d hit Planet Fitness around the corner. Therefore he was very surprised when, upon opening one of their cases, a tray that was not level started to slide down out of the display shelf. Reflexively, he “caught” a few pastries tumbling out and they had no issue with his putting them back on the tray. That’s not a big deal - peoples’ hands may be touching pastries when making them anyway. But what he didn’t expect, because of his frequent patronage, was that they would make him pay for the one or two that fell on the floor. They definitely know who he is as he spends $20-$25 on pastries there frequently, so this poor level of customer service was surprising and now he won’t go in. I will have to procure the macaroons myself, albeit a lot less frequently. I don’t hit the gym. Unfortunate to lose customers over mistreatment esp. when the tray’s positioning was not...

This is by far the worst place to order a personal cake from. If it's pastries from their display glass, then yes that's fine. BUT a personal cake is a definite NO!. For my son's 1st birthday party I placed an order for a tres leches cake a week (11/16/23) ahead of time for an 11am pickup. On Saturday 11/23/24 my husband and I went to pickup the cake 1050am, we were told our pickup is at 11am and they weren't ready. That really threw me off, how is my cake not ready 10mins before pickup? So when we finally got our cake at 1130am, it looked terrible, nothing like what we showed them from the cake selection catalog. Cake tasted even worst, the cake was super dry looked nor tasted nothing like tres leches. The employees were of no help, now all of a sudden they didn't understand English. I absolutely love this little bakery! The cakes, postres, and treats are so good! They are visually so pretty and large portioned as well! I love to stop in here for any of our sweet tooth needs and for some delicious sweet breads! They have a small refrigerator with milks and cheeses where I can find my favorite cream and Oaxaca cheese! The prices for their cakes are absolutely awesome! You get a much more personalized feeling than if you were to pick one up at a random grocery store.

The people here are so kind! I love the opportunities to practice my Spanish and they are always welcoming! I’ve been to places who would ignore me for trying to speak Spanish without being Hispanic. But this place is not like that at all!
