Five Below — Local services in Bowie

I took my son over today he was giving a $40 gift card as a gift. He went to this location and his card would not scan (it's green card) we was told that these cards give them headache and they recommended not using these ones. However 5 below sells them so not my problem. Anyways I spoke with one of store managers name Jasmine, she said she only been here 3 months and she don't know about their gift card policy, when I kept asking her as a 5 before manager what's the next option to resolve this matter? She had no answer just she's been there 3 months and didn't know card policy. My son was very upset now I'm on phone with corporate....

Horrible customer service. First time ever going, I walked in at about 8:10pm. The store hours listed on google say they close at 9pm. The doors were unlocked, so I walked in like anyone would. I was rudely told by the woman near the door that they actually close at 8 and then turned away. No greeting, no obvious posted store hours, and no concern for the inconvenience. I would've walked out and happily came back the next day had she been nicer about THEIR mistake. I'll gladly drive 15-20 minutes just to avoid this woman and this location...

I went there on 5/31/25, first time and it was terrible. I saw a young man with braids in a mirror for about 15 mins trying to pop a bump then come to find out he was an employee! Kids running amuck. A grand mother yelling at the same employee for walking away in the middle of a transaction. Just not a good look. Won’t be going...
