Long Overdue Review!
We recently visited the AT&T store at Bowie Town Center and were fortunate to be helped by Marceloāhands down the best representative weāve encountered in our many years as AT&T customers (since ā08).
From November 2024 through March 2025, we had been dealing with recurring billing issues, making monthly calls to customer serviceāeach lasting over an hourāonly to have the same overcharges reappear. By March, we were completely frustrated and decided to visit a store in person, hoping for real help.
Although in-store reps donāt typically handle billing problems, Marcelo went above and beyond. He kindly explained the policy, but still invited us to sit at his station and use his desk phone to call customer service. He stayed with us throughout the process, listening in and advocating on our behalf. Thanks to his persistence and support, our call was finally escalated to a manager who was able to resolve the issue.
Without Marcelo's help, we likely would still be stuck in the same cycleāor worse, we may have left AT&T altogether. His patience, professionalism, and genuine desire to help made all the difference. Weāre incredibly grateful for the white-glove service he provided.
If you need help with mobile purchases, accessories, or just want to speak with someone who truly cares, go see Marcelo at the AT&T store in Bowie...

I was there for about an hr yesterday, to fix an issue with one of my devices, and the only person who was actually working there was one employee, Ezana Zewdie. This men should either be relocated to a better location or promoted, because he was helping several people at the same time and was being very polite and professional and knew his stuff. All his colleagues (and I mean every single one of them) left him alone with all the customers and were sitting around in the break room at 6pm, chilling. They were also rude and unprofessional. The lady that was sighning people in was not even there most of the time and when she was there, she had to be told by several different customers to sign them in and was being rude, unwelcoming, and unprofessional. Also, the whole place is extremely racist. There were only black people working there and one guys from Africa, the only one who actually did his job. No other nationalities were hired. Very racist hiring manager at...
