Three Brothers Italian Restaurant Bowie — Restaurant in Bowie

Up until tonight, this was our go to spot for pizza in Bowie. What we witnessed in the restaurant tonight, in front of our children under three was unacceptable. The manager yelled at his young employees in front of the customers for making mistakes with orders. While I can understand the frustration over orders going out wrong and waste, what I cannot understand is this grown man yelling at his employees like this. To make matters worse, an older woman had an issue with her order. To the Manager's credit, he resolved the issue but the customer kept belaboring the point. An argument ensued and the woman must have put her hands either up or in the manager's face, so the manager decides to slap the woman's hands and yell, "Get the "F" out of my store." At this point, there were more kids in the restaurant and customers and this manager continued to yell and berate his customers trying to deescalate the situation and staff. He had zero regard for the dinners, purchasing customers, potential customers coming in, or his employees. I'm trying not the assume race played a part but everyone this manager yelled at and disrespected tonight, were people of color and well, he's not. This is downright deplorable behavior and I'll never patron this or any other Three Brothers...

Where to start? I included photos as they definitely speak volumes on the cleanliness of this place. Food: The pizza was bland. No flavor to the sauce and seems like it was just right out of the jar. The crust had a good cook to the bottom and had a nice crunch. What failed it was the overload of the cheese! Too much where the dough under the cheese was gummy. And jar mushrooms?? Atmosphere: The place was dirty and cluttered with pizza boxes. Look at the photos and see the black grime at the bottom of the counters. The refrigerated display case for the desserts had a problem with condensation and was draining water all over the floor. The soda machine counter, the doors look dirty, wet and disgusting. That black moldy looking grime was all over the place! Service: Nothing grand here. The lady who took my order seemed lethargic at best. Served my pizza and that was it.

I went to get some pizza on Thanksgiving eve and as I ordered I inquired about some pricing. There was a light skinned teen at the register named Christopher (from receipt) and another girl standing beside him. He acted like I was inconveniencing him by asking a simple question BUT luckily for me the young lady standing next to him answered my question and helped me make my food choice. He acted like he tuned out when the girl gave me info. and when I tried to order his body language and facial expression said "you finally ready to order?", he was condescending and tried to slickly give the girl a jokingly jester about me. He was very rude needs to be retrained in customer service. He made me feel like my business with Three Brothers was unappreciated. I will not be returning to this location... I always wanted to try Pizza Boli's but never had a good reason to, until now... I gave two stars instead of 1 because of the young lady who helped me, she understands...
