Panda Express — Restaurant in Bowie

Even before I could made it inside, the young man cleaning outside greeted me, opened the door and from what I was observing once inside; he did the same for each and every passer byer. The young African American woman who took my order was very pleasant, professional and had a great memory. I say that because what I wanted wasn't restocked, (short wait)so I offered to pay then went about what I had to do. Several people entered and again she greeted everyone with a smile and kindness. She gestured that it was ready with a smile. Me thinking I would need to repeat what I told her, no such occurrence, she had it ready and with a tray. The store was immaculately clean! And from what I gathered visually, the employees work very well together. We all hope for great service, and this is one of the best stores. Times are still hard for some people out here, I called the neighborhood Panda Express in the Bowie Town Center next door to the Next Day Blinds Store. I explain to them over the phone that I loss my job, and if they could help me with some food, that they throw away every night. They said no, we can’t let me have any food that is left over, so they rather throw away all that leftover food then to let someone have it. I told them that I have 4 grandchild to feed, they said no anyway. We travel to this area frequently and my children love the food at Panda Express anywhere we go. Although the food and service is always good, I want to especially brag on the service this evening. The restaurant made a mistake on my order that I didn’t realize until I was already back at my hotel room. When I called them, they immediately offered to fix the mistake by delivering the missed item to me and were at my hotel within 10 minutes which was AWESOME!
