Immature and low-class people working the afternoon shift. On my visit this after noon the order taker had everything correct on my screen, lady at the first window very polite and kind, but the gay man at the second window rushed me to pull up and I had to ask for my second drink, then he had to ask me what it was instead of looking at his screen, received my food and the messy, black woman with the mask on her chin was tolerable the first time, checked my bag to find that two items were missing called into the store to let them know. The messy, black woman with the mask on her chin came out with attitude and asked for my receipt because they didn’t ring me up?? I said I don’t ,I didn’t take it from the first window ,but I literally just ordered and asked if she could bring me my receipt, because on the screen the order taker had my two items rung up, she replied with an eye roll and a huff and ok and walked inside . after a while , she came back outside and barely came to my window and stood as far back as she could (like a coward ) and handed me the bag with my two items and said here and tried to run inside . I asked so did I pay? (Had to yell bc she was at the door with hand on handle) And she said yeah have a good day. Clearly she was embarrassed and very immature about the whole situation, if she came out with a receipt showing the two items magically disappeared after I paid , I would’ve paid again (because I wanted my two items) I just wanted them to show me I didn’t order them or pay for them at the beginning of my visit there. The whole crew in the afternoon is class less and and embarrassment to the Burger King chain, I wish they’d build another one closer to me. Oh well, hope you have a better...
Read moreI came to order 3 king jr meals and i was told they did not have toys so they were gonna give me cookies- and that's fine. rahim took my payment through the window and told me to proceed forward. however after i was told to proced forward a woman came out and told me to pull up in front of the door and wait for my order. 10 minutes later she comes out and tells me that they don't have the children burgers because the "warmer" was unplugged and they didn't realize it. so she told me i can have a refund. but if i wanted anything else i would have to get back in the long drive thru line. she wasn't able to supplement me for something else or make this right. she was very rude and adamant about not helping me get anything else in exchange. Also wasting my time waiting for this food when they could have told me it wasn't available. i got my money back 24 hours later - it was not instant. i took my business to wendy's and i will continue to go there from now on. this isn't the first time i have had a issue with this location but i'm sure it's my last because i won't be coming back.
oh... they told me to keep the juices as if it was a favor of some sort. i left those by the front door-- i don't need favors. i need good customer service and to feed my kids when they want something like...

I visited around 7:20 PM on the 31st of December, was planning to do drive thru but seemed to be closed due to some construction, went inside to pick up a mobile order that i placed. There were some workers chatting behind the kitchen, I patiently waiting to get them my attention but didn’t seem to do much (they were in my view) I decided to place the mobile order instead of waiting. However after that they made my order left it in the rack and the workers just left to somewhere else I waited for a couple more minutes and silence. Not a single person came out, I left and contacted support for a refund for the service and went to McDonald’s which had excellent service there, just don’t get why they decided to hide.
