Chick-fil-A — Restaurant in Bowling Green

I absolutely enjoy the entire experience at Chic-fil-a ! Every time I have visited it has been an absolute delight! I hv been to this one in Richmond several times and it has NEVER been a disappointment. Service is top tier the food has ALWAYS been hot and fresh. The specialized sandwiches I order are NEVER wrong. The average time it takes me from start to finish is approximately 5-7 minutes. I have always added a fruit cup with my order. I will say they use common sense along with the training Chic-fil-a has in place and it has never been a let down. My first visit ever it was not the normal set up the way they tk the time to be face to face with you just to place your order is something that drawls me there. It makes it feel more like I am a customer they value. My fruit cut has always been placed in a separate bag never with the hot food hence common sense. Unfortunately I do not have a picture I will see to it I take one of our order tomorrow on 9/10/24 we hv plans of going there once again. I live approximately 45 miles south of the Richmond location of I go to Lexington Richmond or any other city between London and Georgetown I ALWAYS mk it a point to stop at that same location. Great food Great service awesome speed to fulfill my order so why chance anywhere else!? If it works in your favor for the flavor dont chance screwing or up by going to the Mc when we ALL know it has turned into a circus 🙈🙊🙉 I hope everyone takes the advice and stops by there if they are passing through! After a nightmare of a day doing buisness in Bowling Green yesterday -dealing with rude and inefficient people at retailers, car dealerships, and government offices through out town, I stopped here on my way to 65. The start of my experience, even here, was not ideal. I found myself in an ordering lane where the attendants were more concerned with selfies than my order, and didnt even bother to acknowledge my presence before or after they took the order of the car behind me....But a very polite young man, Jonah, who was working the other lane, saw, cleared his lane, and came to take my order while these girls talked...he should be commended on his attentiveness and commitment to good customer service. I was further impressed by the manager I spoke to, who even though appearing young, displayed an empthy and concern that far exceeded her years and was probably the most proffesional exchange I had with any adult I spoke to yesterday- anywhere. I wish I had caught her name and the name of the young blonde lady that was working food delivery. She radiated positivity, and it never faultered - even knowing I had just complained or when she had to walk further because I didnt know where to pull and wait.

To those employees that stepped up, showed consideration and did it with a smile...THANK YOU !!! Your possitivity has a further reaching impact than you know 😊 God Bless and Thank...

Holyyyy smokes! We are long time lovers of Chik Fil A who enjoy it in our hometown and it is a must to stop there when we travel. We just had one of our best CFA service experiences in YEARS! Top to bottom , every detail was 5 star ⭐️ First and foremost, Wanda needs to be a corporate trainer. She is professional, personal, efficient, and like a machine she perfectly explained every detail that we needed to consider. Our order came out and it was 100% accurate and incredible. The tea was brewed with the perfect concentration. Our drink order included a Sunjoy, sweet tea, and a half cut tea. All were delicious. The fries were fresh, hot, and crispy. All of our sauces were in the bag. There was not a single error in our order. The star of the show for us was the current special the Pretzel Cheddar Club. My husband and I ordered ours spicy and oooohhh weeee! They were incredible. To top it off, the sandwich looked just like the ad! Isn’t it beautiful? Grab one while they have them. I’m sure the grilled and original are great if spicy isn’t your thing. If you are passing through Bowling Green, you definitely should stop here. If you live in BG, I hope you already know how awesome this...
