7 Brew Coffee — Restaurant in Bowling Green

5 stars truly isn’t even enough to give this store… I have never EVER had a bad experience!! Every single time I go through there, everyone is so upbeat and so happy and so helpful and always has a smile on their face!! There have been two different times that you guys have truly show just how amazing you are… I want to get coffee one morning for my husband and I and it was a few days before our wedding and my husband Had just had mouth surgery and in a lot of pain and I was speaking to the manager who I believe is Chase and just told him I was fixing to get married and that my husband had surgery and wanted some good coffee and he told me the coffee was on the house and it seriously made my heart so happy. And then just the other day I went to get coffee for six people and as I was carrying my cup carrier At the steps, my back gave out and I dropped all the coffee everywhere, so I went back and planned on just getting all new coffee and paying for it and when I told them what happened they replaced the three drinks that I had dropped without hesitation!! And with the awful week I had had that again just melted my heart! Not sure if you can go into the place but they have two drive thru lines. I'm from Oregon and they don't have these, but my daughter insisted I try it since she loves coffee. Normally I have Starbucks, but decided to try this one today. I'm boring and like regular coffee so had regular coffee with creamer. And in comparison to the Starbucks I had yesterday, I have to say that this coffee tastes way better. I can definitely taste the burn of the Starbucks coffee compared this this coffee which has some good flavor and was pleasant to drink without adding anything but cream. Was talking to a bartender at the local "gaming" hall and he mentioned some secret menu so look it up before you go and if you not boring like me, try it. The person taking orders, kept skipping my vehicle and would take 3 to 4 people in the other line, then switch back over and continue to skip me so when I got to the window several people behind me had their order ready and I had not even placed mine yet. Ordered a large was told it was 32 ounces came out half that size, was made incorrect, ask for Cool Whip extra sweet and caramel drizzle, did not get that. 2nd cup comes out, supposed to have half the espresso and has no caramel syrup is not sweet And I’m pretty sure did not have half the espresso.
