We have been going here for several years. Tonight our server Rachel was fantastic. She stayed on top of everything with us and her tables. We have food allergies so she made sure to note this with our order. Appetizers came out correct, salads came out correct that's where it ended. Main course came out mine was completely wrong so they had to remake my meal. The other people in my party went on ahead and ate so they had a hot meal and everybody sat there and watched me eat because they were done by the time mine arrived. For years we have gone there and ordered basically the same thing and it's been right around $100 plus tip tonight we ordered pretty much the same thing steak marsala seafood calamari appetizer shrimp scampi appetizers when all was said and done it was $145 before tip. I ordered the ribeye I knew the fettuccine alfredo was extra but I did not know ordering a vegetable was extra I did not realize the steak marsala is now extra. They are for these different sides but failed to tell you these cost more. We had $30 just inside dishes alone tonight between vegetables the marsala the fettuccine. We enjoy the food we enjoy the atmosphere but I'm sorry Carrabba's is not worth $175 for the tip for three people for dinner. Mind you this was two adults and a child no alcohol was purchased that was just food. You've gotten way out of hand with your prices over the last couple of years and I have no problem taking my business elsewhere. We could have gone to Ruth and Chris LongHorn steakhouse rainforest Cafe and had just as good of a meal for less. As I said our server was fantastic the food was great but extremely overpriced. Messing up my dinner wasn't our server's fault it was The Cook's ball for not reading the ticket. We may or may not be back. Update We went to Rainforest Cafe this past weekend. Better food great service and it was 120.00 with a tip. Bye Carrabba's

UPDATE: we returned today for my birthday... The "Older man" is Scott and was there today doing the exact same thing. Leading by example and all over the floor. Zoe was our waitress and absolutely on top of things! Friendly welcoming and attentive. Ordered the filet and potatoes again. Perfect medium rare. This is the only place i will order a steak. Once again, top notch. I've lived in Boynton for almost 30 years. Carrabbas was always a family favorite back in the day. We lost some family members and haven't been in over 10 years. Today we decided to give a classic a try, and we couldn't have been happier. A perfectly nostalgic evening, starting with the herbs and oil with bread. We were definitely hoping that was still a thing! They kept the bread, herbs and oil coming ALL night and sent us home with a goody bag! Our waiter Joe was top notch. Informed us of the happy hour inclusions, deals, personal favorites and recommendations all paired with quick and caring service! Thank you Joe for helping make a wonderful evening! An older man who I assumed to be the manager was on the floor all night interacting with guests and helping clear tables and serve patrons. It's no wonder the staff is on point from top to bottom, when management is leading by example. I NEVER order steak when I go out as it is always ruined.. However the chef on the evening served me arguably the best filet I have ever had from a restaurant. Again, with the nostalgia, as i would always order the filet with mashed potatoes growing up and you did not disappoint! 3 cheers all around for the staff! I will certainly NOT be waiting another 12 years to return!

Absolutely a horrible experience. Been coming here since we moved in the area back in 2017. Usually pretty decent, but inconsistent at times. Tonight, it simply fall far below expectations. We ordered The Johnny Trio (Tuscan Grilled Sirloin Marsala, Chicken Bryan and Mezzaluna) $28, and a second Johnny Trio with a Fillet and Lobster Ravioli upcharge, $38. The sirloin was over cooked, chewy and served cold. Chickens were barely at room temperature. Lobster ravioli was very chewy and undercooked. Filet was decent, and sadly, the tiramisu (dessert) at the end of our meal was the best part of our dining experience. We complained to two different waiters, but by the time they remake the food, we had simply lost our appetite and ended up boxing our food to go. Neither one of our servers took the initiative to bring the managers attention, so we asked for one. This person was not at all apologetic, and kept repeating himself that the food was better the second time around. Apparently he failed to notice that pretty much everything were in the to go boxes. He would only comp the dessert, ironically the only thing that was good. Never again will we be returning to this location. We will take our business elsewhere.

The food was good. But my family and I will never return because of how terrible the service was. We came on a Wednesday night around 7:30 for my mothers birthday, we were at party of 7. There were 6 tables in the whole restaurant at the time including us, it's not season and it was a very rainy day so it was extremely slow. Our server came over and got our drink orders 4 of us ordered soft drinks/water and the rest ordered alcoholic beverages. Our server brought over 3/4 soft drinks and said I will be back with the alcoholic beverages in a moment (understandable because they have to get picked up from the bar) she returned with the drinks then said I will be back with the last soft serve beverage. Took her 5 minutes to grab one tea. Then she took everybody's order, after she took our order our server went MIA. Nowhere to be found, all of our drinks empty. And one of my family members ordered an alcoholic beverage and the server never brought it over. About 15 minutes later other servers showed up to the table to bring out our soup/salad apps and one of them asked if she could refill our drinks or get anybody another round. We informed her that someone has been waiting 10 minutes on a drink from the bar and yes everybody would like refills/another round. Very nicely, that server refilled everything and got everyone new drinks. OUR server was still nowhere in sight. Our food comes out, we ask somebody for Parmesan cheese and he says "sure I'll be right back" and never showed back up. No servers even around to ask again. So my father sees the parmesan cheese grater sitting on the counter and gets up to get it himself. A manager (who has been sitting at the table playing with her child and husband who came to visit) sees my father go get it himself and then offers to come do it for us. When all of our plates were ready to be cleared our server finally came over to see how everything was tasting, when we were already finished with our meals. And once again our drinks were empty.

We ask the server "are you guys busy or something?" Because of how horrible the service was, her response was "well there's only 4 of us on" She informed a manager that we were clearly upset and a manager came over to see what was wrong. We let her know everything and she offered to buy us drinks, desert, and comp our whole check. We told her no multiple times, we were not complaining to get anything for free nor did we even ask to speak to a manager. We also told the manager that our servers excuse was that there were only 4 people on and the manager corrected her saying there were 6 servers currently working. Which is still no excuse considering how dead the restaurant was.

We sat there for another 20 minutes waiting for someone to bring us a bill, especially because we insisted on them NOT taking care of our bill. And nobody ever showed up again, the server or the manager to even let us know everything was taken care of. We had to ask someone to get a manager or our server to get the bill then the manager came over to inform us it was taken care of and we were all set.

4 out of the 7 of us work in the restaurant business ourselves and have for years and we know exactly what it is like, but there was absolutely no excuse for how HORRIBLE the...
