Keke's Breakfast Cafe — Restaurant in Boynton Beach

This used to be my one of my fave spots but unfortunately things have gone down hill terribly. Rating 1 out of 10, do not recommend.

A slightly long post.... To start the place wasn't packed, in fact there were many open tables and staff standing around.We waited over an hour before we flagged someone down to find out where our food was, apparently we were still two tickets behind. Guessing it was the online orders that were taking precedence over the customers dining in. When the food was finally delivered 15 mins later, each of our orders were wrong. The runner was clueless, as he is mishandling the one plate in his hand, food is falling off and onto the floor and states he is holding a wrap. Inquiring on which one, his response was "chicken", I asked which one on the menu since several of us ordered a wrap. Thankfully the server came around and figured it out. One item was missing mushrooms, instead of bringing a side of mushrooms, the server sent it back. After waiting 20 minutes, apparently the food had been remade incorrectly again and was being made for the third time. At this point, we've now been at the diner nearly two hours. We inquired with one of the two managers, the female who was stationed at the front never once left that post and was having chatting with another server the entire time. The other manager, the guy, was about as clueless as the runner from earlier and had no idea what was going on. The kitchen manager seemed to be the one running the show and was overwhelmed because all you could hear from the kitchen was yelling, cursing, slamming and banging things loudly. If you’re younger than 50 be prepared to be treated like dirt.

Came here for a morning rendezvous with someone special at around 8 am on a Friday.

I was sat down by an already rude as hell hispanic waitress with black hair in a ponytail.

The restaurant was empty except for like 3 or 4 people.

She sat me in a corner booth even though I asked for a window multiple times. I can tell she was trying to seat me at her tables and I was already not happy with how controlling and rude she was by telling me I have to sit in the corner as its “company policy”.

WELL Location was EMPTY, ordered a coffee and let the waitress know I was waiting for someone.

As soon as my friend showed up 8-10 min later the waitress rudely walked up and told us that it was also “company policy” for people to get their coffee order there food quickly and hurry out EVEN THOUGH THE PLACE WAS EMPTY. She kept saying its “management’s rules not me sorry”

I was so turned off and appalled by her behavior I didn’t order anything and left.

Worst first time Experience I have ever had and I recommend NOBODY who values their time and quality of life go here as this place is apparently being run by the workers and they seem to do whatever they want with the customers.

I was completely embarrassed at how uncomfortable she made the whole scenario in front of my company.

Drank my coffee, paid and left NEVER GOING...

My group of 5 we went a couple weeks ago on a Friday morning. The Hostess was very friendly, had a beautiful smile and sat us down quickly. Keep in mind, I really like Keke's menu items but their service is never the best. We waited more than 15mins to get drinks. Which the Hostess herself went to get for us. Then we had to wait another 20mins to place our order with our waiter. Our server was Cynthia, her customer service ethic is great but her attending us was not the best. We waited for our food and didn't have syrup, sugar, creamers nor silverware ready on the table. We had to wait another 10mins to flag her down and tell her we needed these things. She then came back and said "oh sorry, I'm going to have to give you all plastic ware, were not giving anyone silverware at this time"...meanwhile we see everyone else being handed silverware. We had to send one of our friends to ask other servers for things. Her attention was more on serving the older people that were there. Don't get me wrong, I respect the elderly but when your serving others keep in mind WE ALL are there to be serviced equally. I have noticed that this has been the same issue we've faced in other occasions. I wanted to give them another chance after a year of going but again, it keeps on happening. My friends were also disappointed with her attention on serving us. The only time things picked up was when we asked for the check, there she was fast and treated us EXTRA friendly and quickly took us to register to pay.
