Probably one of the worst visits I've ever had. I live across the street and come to this location frequently. Or used to. My mother and I were actually excited when we saw our server because he's served us before and we remembered that he was a great server previously. Tonight must have been an off night because the greet was the only part of the experience that actually went well. We gave the whole order at the beginning to save him some time but he didn't come back for quite a while. We waited a long time for our drinks. I could clearly see him talking to regulars at the bar while my High Noon sat at service bar for several minutes. A different waitress brought over my High Noon but didn't even notice that my mom had no drink. Our appetizer was delivered before my mom ever got her iced tea. When yet another waitress delivered our appetizer she noticed that my mother didn't have a drink yet so she brought her an iced tea. I had to ask her for silverwarebecause we still didn't have any. I told her that I thought our server forgot about us and he came over a few minutes later and said he definitely didn't forget about us, so clearly he was aware. Then he proceeded to hang out with the bar regulars 2 more times before we left. Both of our entree salads came out wrong. Our appetizer plates weren't pre-bussed until after we asked for the check. One of the zingers on my salad was a hard as cement. Never had a manager come to the table.... probably because she was too busy sitting at the table across from us chatting with other regulars and the two male managers were both hanging out by the bar/expo. And we had to wait again for our server to hang out with his friends at the bar for him to run my card after he dropped the check. Really, really disappointing and if this happened at my restaurant my employee would be suspended and the manager written up. I'd rather drive 25 minutes to the Miller's in Boca than come back here, but will probably just stop going to...

🏈 Atmosphere & Setting With football season fast approaching, our family set out to find the perfect game-day watering hole—and Miller’s Ale House delivered. Arriving early afternoon, we were seated promptly by the gracious hostess, Melissa, who set the tone for what would become a memorable outing. We chose the patio, embracing the late-summer Florida breeze, and even when the inevitable rain rolled in, the newly renovated space kept spirits high and comfort intact.
🧤 Service & Hospitality Janine, our waitress, was exceptional—poised, attentive, and unfazed by the weather shift. Alongside her assistant Bri, she ensured our large party was well cared for throughout the storm. Their teamwork and professionalism elevated the experience, proving that great service doesn’t falter under pressure.
🍽️ Appetizer Highlights We opted for a spread of shareable starters, each one delivering on flavor and portion:
• Mozzarella Sticks: Crispy on the outside, luxuriously gooey within—classic comfort executed with quality. • Chicken Quesadilla: Generously stuffed and perfectly grilled, offering a satisfying blend of textures and flavor. • Loaded Nachos: A crowd-pleaser, piled high with guacamole, queso, and sour cream—bold, messy, and delicious. • Wings (Buffalo & Chili Lime): The undeniable stars of the table. Juicy, well-seasoned, and served in portions that bordered on indulgent. The Chili Lime variety offered a zesty kick that lingered pleasantly, while the Buffalo brought the heat without overpowering the palate.
🌧️ Final Impression Despite the unpredictable Florida weather, Miller’s Ale House proved itself a strong contender for our go-to football season spot. With hearty portions, vibrant flavors, and a team that knows how to handle both storms and service, it’s clear we’ve found our kickoff...
Read moreYesterday was my first time dining in at this particular ale house we came around 1. While I enjoyed the food the service from our particular waitress was beyond terrible and it was a very bad experience. It was my husbands first time out after his surgery and we just wanted a nice lunch but didn’t get even close to that. She treated us as if we were a bother to her. It was a slow day not many people inside but we barely saw here we just over heard her taking care of the people in the booths behind us. I’m not sure what the problem was but it seemed like a personal attack on me and my husband and we have no idea why. When we did see her to ask for something it took longer than usual to get simple things such as sauces and refills and she followed it with a terrible attitude and body language . She never asked if we needed anything or if I wanted a refill. We had to flag her down to get sauces for our food and because she never checked on us. It was like she purposely avoided our booth and when my husband did ask her sauce for my food she yells at my husband she is getting me a lemonade which was not what we were even going to ask her at that time. We then explained that we wanted honey mustard and because she didn’t even have the respect to approach our table and to look at us while we were talking she had to yell across the restaurant that she couldn’t hear us several times. The second time my husband asked for something as she was leaving a booth next to me she with an attitude tells my husband that she has to help the she just left booth first which is not what you tell a customer especially not in that way. My experience was terrible and I find it highly unacceptable to treat paying customers that way. I will never return to this location and do not recommend people to come to this location if you want to be treated...
