We go here weekly. It’s the best bakery ever! Hot tip: if driving, park a block away so you can easily find parking. Hot tip: there might be a line to get it. Don’t be frustrated, now that you’ve read my review you are already expecting that there might be one and I promise, it’s worth the wait!! I recommend this place to guests and friends all the time. The food is always such high quality and I have never had a dish that has disappointed me. Again, eating here once a week for… more years than I am willing to share 😆. They have large to-go boxes, so if you want to treat friends or your staff to special snacks, this is how to do it. They put out many of the same items daily, but also they are mixed with new offerings too. Everything is always fresh. They also have fresh squeezed juice in the cooler as well as coffee and tea. In Fall they usually offer hot fresh cider as well. You can buy full loaves of bread as well as full cakes and pies! For holidays they usually offer special menus you can pre-order (such as thanksgiving). I love that they are involved in the local community. Their Sweets beer collab with local brewery Mountains Walking and their burger buns for Mountains Walking burgers are amazing! Enjoy yourself. This is a place you don’t want to miss!

As the most popular bakery in Bozeman, Wild Crumble is a great place to drop by for some good pastries. During my recent visit, I tried their strawberry rhubarb pie, berry tart, and pumpkin bread. The strawberry rhubarb pie was a true delight. The combination of sweet strawberries and tangy rhubarb created a perfect balance of flavors. The crust was buttery and flaky, which elevated each bite to pure pastry bliss. The berry tart was equally impressive. The assortment of fresh berries nestled on a delicate tart shell made each bite burst with natural sweetness. The pumpkin bread was my least favorite, but it still captured the essence of fall flavors. Overall, Wild Crumble lived up to its reputation, and the pastries I tried were all expertly crafted and comparable to those I’ve tried at renowned bakeries in big cities. If you’re looking for delectable pastries with interesting twists, I highly recommend giving them a try.

My dearest gourmands and epicureans,

I pen this missive to recount a most extraordinary gastronomic delight that I recently savored at The Wild Crumb. It is with the utmost enthusiasm and Victorian charm that I endeavor to regale you with the tale of their exquisite Tangerine Bar.

Upon crossing the threshold of this quaint establishment, the ambrosial fragrance of freshly baked confections greeted my senses, instilling a sense of anticipation for the culinary treasures that lay before me. My discerning eye promptly alighted upon the Tangerine Bar, resplendent in its golden hue and adorned with a glimmering drizzle.

With trembling excitement, I took my first indulgent bite, and lo! The culinary heavens themselves seemed to descend upon my palate. The crust, crafted with the finest precision, crumbled delicately beneath my touch, revealing the tantalizing secrets held within. The tangerine filling, a celestial fusion of tanginess and sweetness, transported my taste buds to an ethereal realm of citrusy bliss.

Verily, I beheld the masterful craftsmanship of The Wild Crumb, for within this scrumptious creation lay the essence of the humble tangerine, skillfully harnessed to concoct a symphony of flavors that transcended the mundane. The ingenious use of real tangerines bestowed an authentic zest, an enchanting dance of freshness upon my tongue.

Methinks I should be remiss if I did not extol the bounteous proportions of this delectable treat, ample enough to gratify the most voracious of appetites. Truly, it was a resplendent gift to be shared amongst dear friends, an epicurean gesture to unite hearts and foster camaraderie.

Let me not overlook the gracious demeanor of the establishment's staff, whose benevolent hospitality adorned my dining experience. Their kind demeanor and knowledge enriched my visit, leaving me inspired to explore the array of delicate delights The Wild Crumb had to offer.

In conclusion, I beseech you, my esteemed comrades, to hasten forthwith to The Wild Crumb and partake in the ineffable rapture of their Tangerine Bar. A confection of such unparalleled artistry and flavor shall undoubtedly linger in the recesses of one's memory, an enchanting memory to be savored and cherished.

May your culinary pursuits be ever blessed, and may The Wild Crumb continue to grace us with their delightful creations, a beacon of epicurean excellence in this bustling world.

Yours with gastronomic exultation,

Lady...

I can see why the line was out the door! We got a pie, a raspberry oat bar with chocolate, some great bread, and a chocolate trail bread. I would devour 3/4 of those again. The chocolate trail bread was... very healthy tasting, and I'm too much of a chocoholic I suppose. The peach and blueberry pie was delicious, and I am so glad we got one.

I kind of wish I had had more time to examine the choices, though. We waited 15 minutes in line, and really couldn't see what was available until it was our turn, then felt pressured to know what we wanted right away. Maybe coming at a less busy time (we seemed to be in the middle of a rush) would have been different. Many of the menu items listed online weren't available, so we made wild guesses on the spot from what we could see (there were still people being helped in front of us so we couldn't see the whole display). Given the scramble, the fact that we loved 3 out of the 4 random things we pointed at probably says great things about their offerings. Someone who had time to read labels and ask questions would almost definitely find their perfect pastry.

Walking through the neighborhood, it felt like Portland. Imagine our amusement at seeing they were selling gourmet chocolate bars from Portland. Glad there's a place that PNW folks can feel more at home in...
