Dismal service 11/24/2021, 9:30 am. Four employees, zero drinks served in 15 minutes. The person in front of me waited at the register to order and was never greeted. He left. Then it was my turn. I waited and was never greeted. I eventually left. One person got a refund after waiting 30 minutes for 2 drinks. No mobile pick up orders (about 5 customers in that line) were fulfilled. No people waiting in the store were given their orders (about 10 people seated at tables around the store). The person at the register had her back turned to us the whole time wrapping snacks in saran wrap for the person who was waiting to order when I came in. The shift manager was unapologetic to the poor man who waited 30 minutes for his 2 drinks and never got them.
They can't claim that crowds were an excuse - they never made a drink! They can't claim there weren't enough employees - there were four behind the counter. I smelled coffee. I saw empty cups. I heard no greetings, no explanations, no customer service, no orders being called for pickup.

Read moreThis place feels like everyone here is trying to do as little as they possibly can. 3 people working, two younger people and someone about my age, maybe in their 30’s. All were visibly upset by my presence when I walked in, and I was the only guest in the place at the time. They broke away from their conversation and the ordering interaction wasn’t unpleasant, but not exactly helpful and I ended up not liking my coffee. I went to find somewhere to sit and work on a few things and had to find a table and seat could wipe off with a napkin because the every single table in the dining room was dirty. No one called my name when my croissant came up, I just noticed a bag on the counter that hadn’t been there before and went to check if it was mine. As I sit here and watch other people sit at and wipe off dirty tables, I keep wondering why it hasn’t clicked yet for the one person who has been standing there doing nothing but taking orders and watching people wipe their own...
Read moreAs more and more theaters, mom & pop restaurants and shops disappear from the Strip the big corporate guys like Starbucks move in. Branson beware, nobody is going to come here to eat, drink and do what they can do at home, especially as gas prices rise. Starbucks is a real head-scratcher, their corporate values are in direct opposition to Branson’s. I did visit, mostly out of curiosity, during my stay a the Dutton Inn located directly behind the shop. The coffee was typical SB, mediocre and boring to a coffee lover. The service was great, very Branson like. There was none of the usual SB social, political agenda on display, that WILL change as more likeminded corporations take root in Branson. My suggestion, even if you support the SB agenda, to save Branson as a unique destination, support the local coffee shops instead. You’re on Google just search “coffee shops” there are several on or near the Strip and at very least different than the place you go...
