I don’t normally leave reviews but I think this McDonald’s Branson hills Branson 248 and 76 need to be addressed seriously. All of the mcdonalds owned by this owner. They have a serious problem with understaffing and too much attention to drive time that it causes a lot of confusion and they focus solely on drive thru which causes the front counter to get almost completely ignored and you wait forever inside of the restaurant. Everytime you come in all the tables are dirty. The lobby is dirty and the trash is always stuffed and overflowing. The employees are always stressed and have attitudes because you can tell they are doing multiples peoples jobs at once because the employer it’s not the employees fault. But something needs to be done about the understaffing and pay more attention to customer service and not how much money you can save and drive times. McDonalds is by no means hurting. Even with the horrible wait times the public still waits in line while they get talked to like dog poop while the employees feel overworked and underpaid. Creating a hostile environment for everyone. One begins to feel like saving that extra dollar means more than satisfying your customers cause this is the experience that I have every time I come into your establishments. Again not the employees faults. But the employer needs to put more into staffing enough that you can care for all of these things at least up to standard. Cause it’s clear your employees are struggling to keep up with the understaffing and it’s not fair to your store managers they have to deal with it. You should be praising your managers for dealing with the less than manageable work environment that you supply them with. Less emphasis on saving and more on satisfying your customers. I could see it up to a point but I mean you ask anyone. They will tell you the same. Going inside is a nightmare and waiting in the drive thru boy I hope you wasn’t expecting speedy drive thru times. And it’s all locations. So if it’s all of them I’d say it’s a top down problem. The fish stinks from the head down thats all im gonna say about it. Just getting a coffee...
Read moreIt wasn’t even busy here. I ordered on the app while sitting inside to make sure I had special orders, especially an order for a special diet, correct. The app wouldn’t allow me to pick up inside, even though I already paid and was inside. The cashier thankfully found our order, but had no idea why I couldn’t say I was going to pick up j side. We waited, and waited, and waited. We needed to be somewhere. I went up to ask for my order. They scrambled around to forget it, forgot our fries, scrambled around for that, then we got into the car. One item was supposed to be plain with no bun, ended up having all the toppings, thankfully no bun because I had a child who was gluten free, but thankfully was ok with the mishap. Still. On top of that, the workers had their drinks sitting out near the food. I don’t think the health department allows that, even pre-COVID. I was going to go here for breakfast before we get groceries for the week while we are here in Branson, but I won’t now.
Edit: the kids wanted McDonald’s for breakfast, so I reluctantly went because it was close by Walmart. While service was better, there were issues. My non-gluten free child wanted pancakes and the gluten free child wanted eggs and bacon, so that’s what I ordered. The eggs and bacon came in the same container as the pancakes and my gluten free child began eating the eggs. Luckily, the sensitivity to gluten isn’t so bad that she has a reaction to small amounts of gluten, just can’t have foods that are heavy on gluten. I didn’t specify that they needed to be separate, just assumed that it would come in separate containers, so make sure you specify. The bacon and eggs made my non-gluten free child’s pancakes soggy and she couldn’t finish them. I had an egg McMuffin. The last couple bites had egg shell. Coffee was scalding hot and undrinkable, so I put ice in it. Once the coffee cooled down, I could taste a slight sour milk taste in the creamer. Also, my hash brown was cold.
So, I won’t be giving this place a...
Read moreI go through every morning get the exact same thing. Twice a week i get an oatmeal. There are 3 people that give great service. Those 3 people stir the coffee, like they are supposed to. This morning I went through Rebecca was at the first window, always nice, fast and if she works the second window she knows what the next order is. There is another lady, her name skips my mind. She had surgery on her shoulder, she is fast and friendly and knows what her next order is as well. Another going lady that I haven't seen in awhile long hair and young, knows each order also and is friendly as well. These 3 are the best at working the drive thru. As I pulled up this morning to the second window the girl said what my drink was looked at the screen and was ok have a good day. I told her i had food as well and told her what it was. Unless the 3 people mentioned above are working the drive thru I get asked every time what my order is. Somewhere there is a break down of what is going on, next order is. Either the person at the window doesn't know what they are doing due to lack of training, not paying attention something. Or it's the expediter giving the window the orders. I've even had managers at the second window not knowing what their next order is. I understand that things happen from time to time, however this is almost daily. Again unless those 3 people are working the drive thru. A person should never sit in the drive thru line for 20 min for a drink. I don't know what happen to pulling people forward that are waiting on something to be cooked but it almost never happens at this mcdonald's. This morning there were 3-4 people at the second window making drinks and getting orders for the person at the window. It was chaos. That is how things get messed up. I sat in line longer than needed. The person in front of me had a coffee and nothing else. That took them 7 min to get to that person. Do better. Management is broken, not trained well or is...
