Me and Rebecca have been trying to get a new phone with your company three weeks now. We understand there on back order no biggie.. we went to the Branson store first with the employee we both tried to order there 14 pro max. We did all the paperwork at the end we looked at the tablet she filled out and noticed she ordered the 14 not pro max. She told us we had to go home and call the company and cancel the order!!!?? So we did say on the phone for an hour got the phones canceled and the person on the phone said it’s easier to order the phone in the store go to the store.. so the next day went back to the store the manager looks up our account they only canceled one phone not both. Then the MANAGER orders both phones says we’re done.. we go home check our email the next day there’s no confirmation.. couple days later it pops up saying there’s an issue we need to call again. Hours on the phone they said we didn’t sign the paper work at the store?? This was from the manager in the store ! So we got it fixed phones on order says two to three weeks was supposed to come today we look up the account and guess what both the phones are showing canceled😡. We have five accounts with you for fifteen years and numerous phones and accessories. Thousands and thousands of dollars we are loyal customers and the people in the store don’t know what there doing the people on the phone don’t know what there doing. So I sent my device back to ATT and now I'm paying for a line that has never been talked on and it cost more than the lines I actually do talk on. NOT ONLY THAT I'M PAYING INSURANCE ON THIS DEVICE AND NEXT UPGRADE and there has never been ONE MINUTE TALKED ON THID LINE BUT ATT MAKES ME PAY FOR IT. Than he lied to me about the Samsung watch told me the only way it would work is if it had its on phone line and thats a LIE cause they can be bluetooth to your phone so thats another line I'm paying for that has NEVER BEEN used because my phone is sync to the watch. Read moreI was asked by AT&T to go to this location to see how I would be treated. They took my money yesterday and didn’t sign me up correctly. I was kind and came back on my vacation with my friend that has leave from the army and was told on the phone this would take 5 minutes and to say I got no where on the phone and needed in person Help-and needed help. I just became a new customer less than 24 hours and a guy named Dave. Said we don’t have to help you now. He already took my money. The gentleman named Greg kept working. Now I see what AT&T asked me to go into the store. He said Greg could be doing something else besides helping you. There was three other employees leaning on the tables doing nothing but playing on their phones and Dave was flirting with the younger girl. So I guess they needs Greg to lean on the table also. We found out what the problem was. Dave was to type in the sim card number yesterday and didn’t do his job. He was busy telling me his not a Christian and hates it. I can see why that store is so empty.When I went to return my tmoble equipment there where two other customers complaining how badly they were treated atat&t and I told them my experience.
