Agent was nice and helpful to an extent. My wife and I were getting new phones and I'll say if you aren't very familiar with technology, you need to make sure you are there early in the day for them to take the time to help you transfer items from your old phone to a new one. He started the transfer but then stopped it to tell me I needed to do it myself because they will close before the transfer is complete. Of course, he does this all day long everyday so he can fly through it and he flew through it to tell me and my wife how to do it ourselves. Needless to say, here I sit 5 hours later waiting for my phone to finish transferring. Then I still have to set the phone up. I had to take the time to leave a review, I was that impressed with this US Cellulars customer service!!! I had just come from the Verizon store and the guy there acted like he could care less that we were there. The sales rep Brad at US Cellular was top notch!!! I came in right before close, and setup a new plan. Even though it was closing time, Brad went above and beyond with the customer service. I work on the hospitality industry, and customer service is one of the things I pride myself most on. I am from Broken Bow, OK and my family and I are in Branson on Vacation. I went into the US Cellular store because I needed to activate and add a new line to a couple of phones we had received from the Broken Bow location and were unable to get them activated before we left. Zach at the Branson store was very helpful and knowledgeable about what we needed and answered all our questions. He was very courteous and did an outstanding job taking care of everything we needed.
