Nature's Wonders — Restaurant in Branson

Just today this business lost a young up and coming family of 3. I came in Aug 18th to return something I bought before I had my first baby just over a month ago. The owner, I assume, because she did not introduce herself, told me it had been past 30 days and could make no exceptions. I think it's sad to enforce such strict policies. It was a very expensive concealer by mineral fusion that I had no time to look at after buying. At the time I was 37 weeks pregnant and working 2 jobs. She said if I had time to call her right after I bought it, she would have made the exception. I wonder if she has ever had kids to realize putting yourself first is extremely hard when you are growing a kid plus also working full time. And to expect a loyal customer to make a return or even call while healing after birth is just unrealistic. I will now order my herbs and vitamins online, thank you very much. Because it's a whole lot of a hassle to take a newborn out of her routine only to have the management smile while telling you they are not going to help you. Energy these days is expensive enough and this bad customer service moment ruined my desire to ever come back. Excellent selection of organic food and simple ingredients. We buy grass-fed dairy products, organic bulk grains/beans and the best prices of organic produce compared to Walmart. I'd much rather spend my money here than Walmart if I can help it. Today, roughly 2 pints of organic raspberries for $3.99. They also carry a great selection of pasture raised meat, just a little out of our budget. Only rating 2 stars because they're only open until 6. So hard to make it during the week after work. They literally have to man the locked doors at 6 to make sure no one else enters so they can close. I just don't understand the management decision to close...

Love the products & variety that the store offers. Unfortunately we are always met with very uninterested staff during checkout. When asked if I had an account and giving my number to the cashier she acted as if that was an inconvenience, no response, and a blank expression. And those were the only words spoken from her. I know customer service can be tiring but this is the attitude we’ve been met with each time we’ve visited. My receipt says the clerk was Sophie, I’m not sure if that’s accurate.
