Updated the business did reach out to me and was very kind & offered to rectify the issue. However - it still stands that this location is consistently behind in delivery of orders & tends to lack the same sort of service one receives at other Chick Fil A locations.
Seriously the worst Chick Fil A. This location is halfway between my home and my kids' doctor, so I frequently use it as a treat for them. But every time we visit, the experience is worse. Today was our final straw - I told my daughter she'll have to pick a different treat next time. We placed a mobile order, we're in a hurry so I chose to pick up in store, because you never know if the drive thru will be backed up. All I ordered was a kids meal for her. I checked us in as we waited at the light, because I knew it'd be a wait - there's always an inexplicably long wait at this location, regardless of the time of day.
First issue - no acknowledgement from any team member when I walked in, although they weren't busy (we came right as breakfast ended).
Second, and main issue - another customer checked in 5 minutes after I did (they have a screen displaying current pickups and order status). The guy was in the door 30 seconds when he was very enthusiastically greeted and handed his order - which was much larger than mine. At this, I involuntarily grunted out of annoyance. I was finally acknowledged by someone glancing at me and giving me a questioning look (no words though!). I told them my name and gestured at the screen where it displayed that I had been waiting 8 minutes vs the other guy's 2. The team member that acknowledged me flatly said "they're packing it now." No apology given. I was wordlessly handed my order.

Read moreEdit: CFA went above and beyond responding to my experience, even with it being an automated system that canceled my order. It’s little things like this that make me a believer in their service and mission. Thank you, CFA for going above and beyond for my family when I was upset about something out of your control.
Sorely disappointed with the service I received today. I frequent this CFA as it is the closest one to our house and I pass by it to and from work. I have had plent occasions of our order being wrong or missing the squeeze bottle of sauce I paid for, but I have always let it go and didn’t even complain (even missing something I paid for). But this morning I ordered breakfast in the app for my wife after she just gave birth and wanted hashbrowns from CFA. Admittedly, I pulled in at 10:31 and they had cancelled my online order because breakfast already ended. I asked for a little grace since I ordered online ahead of time and was only 1 minute late. I was told that they could not make it happen, even after explaining that my wife was really wanting the hashbrowns only. While I understand policy, I guess grace is not a pillar of the Christian beliefs CFA claims. I was offered a free meal off the lunch menu by the lady in the drive thru, but I respectfully declined since my wife wanted breakfast only. I have shrugged off the other mishaps in service at this location, but this one...
Read moreAlways super fast drive thru and friendly, each employee calls you by name once they ask the 1st time. And let me add, they are accepting and taking donations and a part of the proceeds from an order of six chocolate chip cookies ($8 & something), that goes towards children's healthcare of Atlanta & OMG THESE ARE THE BIGGEST & best CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES EVERRR! I usually try to donate when I can whether I get something in return for it or not, but this was totally more than worth it! Keep it up chick-fil-a! If it's good all the way down to the crew, that's how you know not only is there good management, but including everyone else up the rest of the chain. The service that's provided from each drive through worker or the person passing out food through the window, I have yet to experience anything other than absolute best service, kindness, & courtesy! I mean everyone is a human being, but the fact that I have yet to even see " , any worker in any position having any type of bad day and taking it out on the customer or even allowing the customer to know that they are not in a good mood by having an attitude etc. To me that just says a lot about the core values of the restaurant in the business itself! They must have a 0% tolerance for any nonsense! Which is how it should be everywhere and that every fast food restaurant! sorry had to rant and rave...
