Culver’s — Restaurant in Braselton

This would probably be a good place for people who don't like excessive flavor. People who get over stimulated with too much flavor and want bland foods. This would be a good place for them. For people like me though, I'll be happy to never eat here again. It was my first time eating here and I wanted to like it but, unfortunately, I finally had to admit it was just a bag of disappointment. The fries are flavorless. I detected no seasonings on the fries, not even a hint of salt. It tasted just like a bag of plain crinkle cut fries out of the freezer section of a grocery store. About a 1/4 of the way into eating the fries I gave up on trying to enjoy them and ended up throwing them away. The burger had barely more to offer in flavor than the fries. It gave me no reason to ever go out of my way to eat one again. There was nothing special about the flavor that made it "stand out" above any other restaurant burger. It was very average. Lastly, the milkshake. I ordered a chocolate milkshake with cookie dough and cheesecake pieces mixed in. It was incredibly underwhelming. The cheesecake pieces were also flavorless. I even intentionally picked out cheesecake bites to eat alone just to attempt to taste even a hint of cheesecake flavor and could still taste nothing. The cookie dough pieces were actually decent. The chocolate milkshake itself was just ok. Overall it was an average meal that I felt was a waste of space in my stomach. Like I said, it'd be great for people who like relatively bland foods. I know people like that personally and would recommend this place to them. So there's a niche for this business with people of subtle flavor preferences. Definitely not...

The app was not working on my phone. I was treating two of my kids and their families (4 young hungry children, and 7 adults also hungry) I'd driven from SC 3 hours to watch granddaughter's softball game. I'd put the whole order in for all of us and it would take the payment. I took it to the counter and the young lady after looking said yours is another one that won't work. She called the manager who came over. He took my phone after hearing how many orders were in and manually put them in his computer to prevent me from having to start all over. He was kind, patient, and apologized for things not working. I thought this is a big order they are just now getting it and it will take a while but the cooking crew got busy and had our food out in no time despite others coming in and ordering from the front. There were only two things that didn't get included: my pot roast sandwich and a drink which he quickly rectified. The did was DELICIOUS. It filled our group up and satisfied us well. I tried my daughter's chili and LOVE it and my pot roast sandwich was so delicious! What a GREAT idea to have on a fast food menu! I'm going to keep my eye out for a Culver's near us but sadly I think it's about 90 minutes away. I WILL be back to this Culver's for future meeting-up with family we have there in GA. Thank you to the manager....you are kind and helpful and patient and you run a great crew.... Everyone seems happy to be there and so helpful...a sign of good...

As someone who's been to Culvers in Utah, Alabama, Florida, and now Georgia, I can confidently say that hands down this is the BEST Culvers I have ever been to.

Whoever is managing this restaurant needs to be in a corporate position to get the other locations up to the standards this Culvers is running in. The staff are more friendly and polite than Chick-fil-A employees always welcoming you in, bringing you food with a smile, and waving you goodbye. The restaurant is impeccably cleaned and maintained. But most importantly, the food is DELICIOUS!

All of the Culvers I've been to are very hit or miss on the quality and taste of their food, but not the Braselton, GA Culvers. Delicious, hot burgers, incredibly creamy and dense custard, steamy fresh fries, I've never ordered food here that wasn't fresh! Even ordering via DoorDash my custard is still perfectly frozen, and my food is always hot! For frame of reference, I have done dine-in and ordered delivery different times of the day, and no matter the time, the quality is always the same! I've posted photos showing a delivery burger vs dine-in to show the same quality.

Consistency is key, and the Braselton, GA Culvers location has the master key in the fast-food business. Please...
