USA Nails LLC — Local services in Braselton

Let me just say... WOW! What a beautiful nail salon. very clean and the employees are very friendly. I have come here once before and I will consider going again! My friend who comes here a lot recommended this place to me. There are pros and cons about this place listed below:

Pros- The place was very sanitary (at least with my experience) and clean. They had nice employees and it didn't have that strong of a chemical smell that normal nail salons have. My nails weren't exactly the colors I asked for but they still turned out beautiful! The nails were pretty long and so I expected them to stay on for about 2 weeks but they stayed one for 2 months!

Cons- When we first arrived, we had an appointment booked and so we went to an employee and told them about our appointment. They sat us down in the waiting area and told us it would be a couple minutes. They had about 6 open chairs! A lot of the employees just walked around and did nothing while we sat there for over 30 minutes! Once we were FINALLY seated the guy doing my nails was hard to understand and a bit rough. I would barely move and he would be like "Ma'am sit still." and I would sit there awkwardly. It took him over an hour and a half to do my nails and we were the last ones there to leave.

The bad things that happened to me does not happen every time I'm sure so that's why this place gets 4 stars. It was a good and bad experience. Next time I would like to be treated a...

My mom and I love USA nails! I always request Sonny or Louis but everyone there is very talented. Everyone is very kind and the establishment is clean too!

Edit: I went not too long ago and got my usual people, however lately I have noticed that I felt I was rushed through. I got my feet done, and when I went home my heels were still pretty dry and hard, as if nothing was done to them. I also noticed they seem a lot more attentive and kinder towards a certain race as opposed to others (at least on my end). When I first started going, I was asked if I wanted a drink, and was greeted warmly. Now when I go in I’m told immediately go wash my hands and go sit down. The gentleman I went to (my usual person) not only rushed through my nails, but when I was using the tip calculator (something I always do bc I’m not good at math!) he walked away from me without saying goodbye or checking if I even liked my nails and had me be handled by someone else. There have also been times I was not satisfied with my color or shape, and I hear them sigh or side eye me. I am not confrontational at all, I am always cordial with them and always tip 20% or more which shocks me why I get treated like I’m some sort of annoyance they have to tolerate. I understand I’ve been a regular for 3 years but I am still a paying customer, and I can tell they do not value me like they value the majority race that comes in. I will not...

Very unhappy - came in to get SNS. The lady who did my nails was rushing, felt like my nail beds were on fire because she turned the speed on her dremel so high with a metal tip. She cut three of my fingers and said nothing- just kept pulling my fingers and hands like i was not holding them right. My nails are all a different lengths and shapes - she stopped doing my nails to count her tip from another custom in front of me - and then talk about about it- Apparently it was not good enough. Everytime a customer walked in she would huff and puff and roll her eyes. Not to mention it did not feel clean. The towels were dirty, the sink was dirty- it has fingernail clippings in it, and they kept moving customers around. They would not listen to what the customers were asking for- two others next to us kept having to repeat themselves and the technicians didn’t want to do it they way the customer was asking. The smell of pinesol filled the salon because they couldn’t wait to get out of there so they kept shutting down chairs and filling the pedicure bays with pinesol. Mind you when we got there they still have over an hour and a half before closing. Use to come to this salon all the time but it has gotten so bad over the years....
