As someone who briefly worked here, I feel it’s important to share a perspective that diners don’t usually see. This place has an incredibly high employee turnover, and it’s not hard to see why. The management fails to take care of their staff in even the most basic ways, no proper training, no respect, and certainly no support.

I was expected to learn an entire craft cocktail menu and handle a packed Friday night shift after just one day of rushed training. Meanwhile, others had trained for over a month and still weren’t expected to do the same. It felt less like a team environment and more like being thrown to the wolves because no one else wanted to step up.

Worse, they didn’t properly pay for training time, which is not only unfair but unethical after I spent my valuable time helping them build and organize their inventory/bartend. The manager, in particular, creates a toxic atmosphere condescending toward staff and shockingly disrespectful to guests behind their backs. It’s clear there’s little concern for long term success or quality when employees are treated as disposable and guests are looked down on.

If you care about supporting restaurants that value both their customers and their staff, this may not be the place to spend your...

I stopped in during their 2-5 happy hour to see what it was like. Their renovations over the last occupant are excellent. They really brightened the place up. Got there at about 4:20 and it was pretty slow which is understandable. Had the manager come over and greet us and was very cordial. He explained the happy hour specials and left. The bartender gave my wife a white wine (allegedly on happy hour). I decided to try the elote corn. When it came out it was mostly cold and some parts were room temperature. Flavor was good. He offered to send it back but I said don't bother ( I never send anything back heard too many stories over the years) . Another couple came in and ordered quesadilla and fish tacos that looked and smelled delicious. We decided to leave since we were just checking it out. When the bill came, they charged us full price $12.00 for happy hour wine! Not cool. Paid and left. Will be hard pressed to...

I was excited to try this spot in braselton- my Drink was delicious, the food was so fresh and great. However, my experience was ruined with the service. My husband and I are 1 of 3 patrons in this entire place and the service has been terrible. I can understand poor service for a full restaurant. However, not an empty one. As I type this I have been waiting 10 minutes for my waitress, Joana, to come pick up my payment. So long that my significant other has taken my child to the car, but my waitress is chatting with a coworker and has been for a significant period of time. Additionally, as I walked into the place there was a happy hour sign out front with the prices, but then when I got my check everything was full price. I informed them of the happy hour/the sign out front, since I was eating at 3P. They stated “the person earlier must have accidentally put it out”, I am disappointed that they did not honor their...

I was extremely excited to have a new restaurant in the braselton area, and visited CM before the grand opening. My 1st experience was good. The restaurant was clean and the food was well seasoned. I especially love there refried beans made with white beans. The only thing that was off was the fresh mango juice, it tasted like water with a splash of mango. But despite that I was excited to come back again with my husband. My 2nd visit a week later, I bought my husband and this time we sat on the patio. It's a nice size patio and it will be even better atmosphere they decorate and add music out there. Service was good but food was okay. It had flavor but the rice was soggy. Other than that I know they have just opened and are still working out the kinks so I will be coming back again.

I was very excited to hear there was a new mexican restaurant near us but just like the others around here very disappointed. We just ordered to go and found so many things wrong. 1. We ordered carne asada plate. Supposedly came with rice and beans. They were missing. 2. Ordered a cantina cheese dip. Cheese was extremely watery. 3. The chips were mixed. Like there were 2 different kinds. Why? That makes me feel like you switched chips and they were mixing old ones with new ones. 4. The meal came with a cup of sour cream and guacamole. The guacamole was brown. Ewww 5. We ordered tacos, no onion or cilantro in sight. Definitely not authentic. Only good thing is that the flavor was good. That's all. Do better... you just opened.

We ordered to-go tonight and was honestly not impressed. I ordered the Enchiladas Swissas which said it came with 4 enchiladas, but I only received 3. The rice is bland but at least it was tender. The refried beans aren’t bad. The food just lacks flavor. The chicken inside the enchiladas was dry and not at all seasoned. The chip bag was tiny and only halfway filled. And worst of all, the street corn (elote) looked like it had been dipped in a bucket of mayonnaise and stuck in the to go container. I guess if you’re into just eating mayo out of the jar then this is for you! We were really hoping for better tasting food but were quite disappointed.
