To management, corporate, and future customers. A regional manager or a corporate overhead needs to come visit this place undercover. It what's 8:45 p.m. of this experience that I am going to leave a review about. You coming to the place and there is food and napkins paper and utensils all over the floor just about in every seating area. When I got to the ordering line I just had to wait 5 plus minutes with no one in front of me to get my order taken for to go. Also when one of the workers noticed that there was no one being served because of one of the workers that was at the line was actually on break and making themselves a meal. When my order was finally being taken I noticed there was no steak and the worker had to walk around to the side where the mobile orders are made to grab me steak for my bowl. There was no one wearing hair nets and every female working had long hair also there was males working with long beards with no hair net on those as well. What all this was happening and how the atmosphere and facility look when I went to go get my own utensils there was liquid on utensils and in the cups that held the utensils, the drink station was a mess as well. All the while that this place was in this condition and while everything was happening the manager was right there in view with glasses and long beard as well not wearing any type of hair nets talking to another male employee cutting up meat and not saying anything to his co-workers or the customers waiting to be served. Right now until this place is up to par and at its standards for the company that has great food and great commercials but lack thereof in this facility showing their service and quality of service and I am stating all this not in any type of anger I am simply making it a truthful review so that these issues are addressed and resolved to have a great experience and quality of service and food to all present and future customers. I really hope this happens in a timely fashion before someone who really matters in this area of this town or someone in corporate come by and there are consequences and repercussions applied because...
Read moreI came in a little later than usual tonight, around 9:45. I went off script and ordered a burrito instead of my usual bowl; my first mistake. I only asked for a few things: rice, beans, chicken, cheese, and corn. You would’ve thought I requested the entire ingredient lineup judging by how this kid struggled to roll my burrito. Before my eyes, a medley of rice and beans erupted from both sides, while a sizable hole tore straight through the top.
In a desperate attempt to salvage it, he tucked the sad creation into foil and slid it down the line. I asked the cashier, as politely as possible, if someone else could attempt to re-roll this culinary disaster. She stomped over, unwrapped the burrito, now transformed into one harmonious slop of brown carbs, and rolled it slightly better than her predecessor before shoving it in a bag, not even letting me get another look at the abomination that had become my dinner.
You’d think that with the three, maybe four, ways one can order Chipotle, rolling a burrito would be a skill quickly mastered. But no - tonight it felt as though I was witnessing someone’s very first encounter with this strange new invention called “the burrito.”
Resigned, I asked for an empty bowl to go, knowing full well that this thing would unravel the second I so much as looked at it once I got home.
The cherry on top? I ordered a large drink, hoping an ice-cold Pibb might wash away my burrito woes. Instead, nothing but clear carbonation and shattered dreams poured from the dispenser, another $4 down the drain. I asked if they were completely out or could replace the syrup, but I already knew the answer before I asked: a flat “no.”
And the cost of this five-star experience, you ask? Twenty-one dollars. This is why I don’t bother going out to eat anymore....
Read moreI really hate leaving bad reviews for new businesses, but after giving this place a second chance, I’m done. This is hands down the worst Chipotle I’ve ever been to.
The staff have no idea what they’re doing, and worse, they act like it’s a burden when you ask for a basic, reasonable portion of food. When I told the girl on the line that half a scoop of meat doesn’t cut it for a burrito, she snapped back with, “Well, I’m out of meat and I don’t have time to go to the other line.” Seriously?
Luckily, the guy on the grill overheard and actually cared enough to tell her to go get more. If it weren’t for him stepping in, she would’ve served me the scraps left in an almost-empty container and thought that was okay.
My wife ordered chicken, and again—barely a scoop. We had to ask twice to get it to look like a normal portion, and each time we were met with more attitude.
Then it got worse. My little brother wanted a quesadilla and was flat-out told, “We don’t make those here, you have to order it online.” What? Why even list it on the menu if you're going to deny it in-store? We asked if dining in made a difference—nope. Had to use the app. So we gave up and just ordered another burrito.
And the rest? Total chaos. The toppings were nearly all empty, nothing was being restocked, and by the time we got our food, we were just taking whatever scraps were left.
We were excited when a Chipotle opened near our home, but this location is a mess. If this is how it’s being run, I honestly don’t see it lasting long. You all seriously need to get your act...
