After getting off work I didn't feel like making anything for dinner so we decided to order pizza, easy enough or so we thought. Ordered from doordash got an email that the order was completed and few minutes later I got a message that the order was canceled due to the store rejected the order. So I called the store and was told no we never even received your order that's a doordash problem. So after calling doordash and cussing them up one side and down the other they said they had to hold my money for 5 to 7 days before refund... totally unacceptable and seemed like theft to me never will I ever use that shady service again. So I called papa johns back again and ordered over the phone with what I thought was the actual store but it was their call center. And wouldn't you know it papa johns call center took my order and payment then canceled the order and refunded my money again. At this point I'm an hour into this process and beyond pissed off, funny how hunger does that to you anyways I called the store and finally got ahold of one of the managers and went off on him wasn't his fault but here we are. He explains to me that they have absolutely no record of any of our orders never received them idk how it happened but I got swindled twice and still had no food. That guy heard my troubles and took my order and assured me I would have food at my doorstep as fast as he could get it there and would see to it personally that his guys alone would handle my food and doordash would not be involved, he also knocked a considerable amount off my order which he didn't have to do but after all the trouble I had to go through he felt it was the least he do and I appreciate that. Read moreI just wanted to share the above and beyond experience I had with Papa Johns. Some items were left out of my order, nothing significant, but I did pay for them, so I called the store just to ask for my money to be returned. The manager was super nice, understanding, and gave me the option of having my money refunded or having a credit for about 5 times as much as I was owed towards pizza from his store. I chose to take the credit, but a short while later heard a ring at the door. I went to the door and couldn’t believe that the driver had come back and brought me the items that were originally left out of my order. I had told him not to worry about it, it wasn’t a big deal, and I definitely didn’t want it to affect anyone’s job, just wanted to see if I could get my money back. I know they are busy and I wasn’t trying to be an ungrateful customer by any means. They didn’t even have to make the extra trip but did just to go the extra mile. Read moreThis Papa John’s started off pretty decent. We moved over here two years ago. However, they have gone completely downhill. Tonight we ordered a pizza online requesting for extra sauce. Once the pizza arrive my kids started eating a few slices. As I sit down, I realize there wasn’t hardly any sauce on the pizza. So I call them to see about correcting the issue. Long story short the young lady that was on the phone tells me that the manager will refund me the money on my debit card. (However, I paid cash). So when I tell her there’s no way you can refund me since I paid cash, the managers tell her to tell I can’t give you a refund. I can give you a 35% discount instead since you’ve already ate some of the pizza. Not only was he rude and arrogant, but he refused to give me his name to contact corporate about the matter .
