OK. I'm not sure how this place has been rated so highly. The service is entirely hit or miss, and they've gotten a handful of orders wrong. These are all things I can tolerate, but let's talk about one thing that no one on here seems to be mentioning: their coffee.
Maybe I'm just extremely unlucky and they've somehow messed up my coffee Every.👏 Single.👏 Time.👏 I've gone. Maybe they recognize my voice and think I deserve to have my coffee burnt.
I've had good coffee, and by good coffee I don't mean Starbucks' tall double mocha latte (which is really nothing too special, but it hits a sweet tooth) . Hell, I don't even mean THE BEST coffee. I've been to Washington state, and let me tell you, they're very competitive when it comes to coffee (and they have to be, for good reason). All I mean is that I've been to the diners in town, and I've been to diners outside of town. Also, I have my own melitta..and it's such a wonderful thing, a fresh cup of coffee. It's not hard to make and coffee heated stays fresh for a few hours.
But apparently this Dunkin has better things to do than change their coffee. Hell, I don't know how they do it, but the damn espresso drinks even get burnt,which I don't understand because they have to make that fresh, shot by shot, on their machines.
The bizarre thing is, I read a few dozen reviews, and not one mentioned anything about the taste of this particular DDs coffee. Is this some sort of brattleboro conspiracy? Or are you guys so deprived of excellent drive through coffee and espresso drinks that you just bend over...

I went back into the store to let them know and the employee asked if my card had been charged. When I said yes, she got an attitude and said, "Did you check??" So, I went back outside and grabbed my phone and showed her the transaction on my banking app. She then informed me that there was nothing she could do. I proceeded to stand there as this was not an acceptable answer to me. After a few minutes, the employee told me that she had refunded my card. I said that I would stay there until I saw the refund in my account because it seemed odd to me that she would be able to refund anything without asking for the card. She then responded that it would take a couple of days for me to see the refund. I then asked for a phone number to call if I didn't see the refund. Read moreWent by today to pick up a drink for my boss and myself. My boss ordered a drink with extra ice. There was not extra ice in the cup. When I expressed my concern over the apparent lack of attention to detail regarding the extra ice I got negative pushback from two employees. They assured me they put extra ice in it although there was about 1/4 of the cup filled with ice at this point. I told them it was for my boss and she specifically asked for extra ice. The drive through employees told me my boss would be alright and so I would I. I’ve never met such rude employees. My iced chai add a shot tasted absolutely vile. I would say their customer service is about as tasteless as their poorly made product. I am not your average customer as I have managed a successful coffee shop in Seattle and know the coffee business inside and out. I should expect poor quality from a low quality establishment on product but they could definitely work on not be disrespectful to...
