The owner reached out to me the very next morning to personally apologize for the slow service I received, he would talk to his team to see how they could have done things better and made the situation feel better. I could tell his business and customers are very important to him. I will try it again. The burritos are very yummy.🌯

I have never left a reveiw before. WOREST SERVICE EVER!! I would give minus stars if possible!! Placed an online to be fast and easy. My son had a football game to be to at 7pm, so I placed an online order a little before 6pm. My email receipt said my order would be ready in 15 minutes. Waiting in the drive up window line for over 30 minutes, when I got to the window I was told my order was the next to be made. I expressed my disappointment with the long wait and was told they were short staffed, no offer to do anything to make it right. The line inside was moving right along, there was 2 people making food orders, one person on the cash register, a person doing dishes and a manager. It took over 45 minutes to get my order, $45 for 2 burritos. For something that was to be fast, easy treat, it was extremely slow, upsetting, a waste of time, and very expensive. My son was late to his game and didn't have time to eat before going. Very bad way to treat your customers who order online. We will NEVER go...

I ordered delivery on DoorDash today at around 8:20 PM on July 4th and realized my veggie bowl did not come with guac when I was halfway through my food. Everything in the food was great and fresh, but no guac in my order. I was disappointed, and if I knew I was not going to get guac in my veggie bowl, I would have ordered something else because it was not worth the price with the missing guac.

The receipt I got on the bag did not say my guac was included, and I assumed that is why I did not get any guac, BUT it is supposed to come with guac automatically. The picture on DoorDash shows guac on the veggie bowl, and the store menu lists guac as included with the veggie bowl. I recommend the store fix this issue so other people who order delivery will not have missing guac. I assume the person who made my order went off what the receipt printed and might have forgotten that guac comes with every veggie bowl.

I heard this place is better than Chipotle, and I was looking forward to trying it. However, I was disappointed in the missing guac and paid over $13 for it on doordash. I will just stick with Chipotle because their customer support gives a remedy for online...

Tito's Taqueria is a small taco stand on Putney Rd. at the shopping plaza at Black Mountain Rd.

It offers very generous portions for a reasonable price. The burrito was huge, but kind of bland. The burrito salad (basically a burrito without the wrapper) was a little smaller, and also bland. We both ordered our meals with mild salsa, which was, indeed, MILD. While we appreciated that the food was not overly salted, it does need more seasoning of some kind. Tito should consider using Spanish rice instead of tasteless white rice, and maybe adding some other spices to add flavor without mindlessly cranking up the Scoville units. Maybe add some extra Extra Sharp Cheddar cheese.

One great option is that Tito's offers several flavors of Mexican soda, made with real sugar, not toxic hfcs. Tito also runs an ice cream stand next to the taqueria, if you have room for dessert after a big meal. On some days, a small (it's actually pretty large) soft-serve ice cream is included with your meal.
