Starbucks — Restaurant in Brea

I walked in, did not get a hello like every person after me, ordered my tea and proceeded to sit and wait. There was no one ahead of me so I knew it wasn't going to take long. When I noticed everyone after me receiving their drinks I stood up and went to the pick up area only to see my cup with my name on it sitting there. Not once did they call my name to pick up my drink. Even though they saw me sitting there waiting. I am trying to get the worker's attention to ask why my name wasn't called and they would not look at me. Another worker walks by and sees the look on my face and asks if she can help. I told her no I guess this is my tea sitting here but no one called me to pick it up. Her reply was, " well I guess it slipped his mind." Really?! SMH....

This Starbucks location is pretty small, but pretty nice. Items in a busy shopping center in Brea, and if you come at the wrong time, it's hard finding parking. This Starbucks has almost everything you can find at any other locations. Unfortunately, the only drawbacks is that seats are hard to find here and there is no drive through. Other than that, this place rocks. The staff here is really nice (Chris is always awesome, especially in the mornings!). I love coming to this location in the morning on the way to work. Order was 15 minutes passed time it was supposed to be ready. When I asked about my order she was very rude and wouldn't even tell me it was coming up. They put my order in the wrong spot, never called my name, and the food label wasn't viewable. I understand in the morning it is very busy, but when there are no customers at the counter to order the least you can do is answer a customer's question and check on their order.
