Ciao Pizzeria Cerino — Restaurant in Brecksville

I recently ordered our dinner from Ciao. I usually get pizza and Caesar salad, which is always amazing, but this time I chose dinner for 4. What a great idea if you're in a pinch or just don't feel like cooking.

First off, it comes with a salad of your choice...we picked the pizzeria salad with cranberries and goat cheese and balsamic dressing. YUM! There was plenty of chicken (6 pieces) and plenty of pasta (your choice of sauce and noodle) which fed all 5 of us. Oh, did I mention it was delicious! But speaking of delicious....it also came with Focaccia Bread (best I've ever had) and lemon butter cookies! This meal made my day....no cooking, no clean...

I have ordered from here a few times before. Work down the road and would order for lunch. Just ordered a 22 dollar pie was told 30 minute pick up. Got there picked up order went back to work. Pizza was so cold the cheese was hard again. Called to ask how long it set out. Manager became a wise guy. Asked what did you do walk it home ? Then said that's absurd. Very poor customer skills and wound NEVER order from here again. Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever...

The food I got tonight it was just okay not the best I've had better at my old job my husband likes the food but mine it was bland 🤮 and not much too it at all nothing excited my old job had thicker sauce this sauce is runny 🤢.
