East of Chicago Pizza-Brecksville — Restaurant in Brecksville

I called in my order. Not knowing their specialties I asked. The person in the phone was polite, helpful and efficient. I was told my order of a large two topping pizza and a 12 inch baked sub would be ready for pickup in 25 minutes. I arrived in about 18 minutes. I was promptly greated and to my surprise my order came out and was readied very quickly. Checkout and paying was easy. This same night, we had several people over. We offered a selection of our tried and true over time favorite pizzas. East of Chicago was the favorite of the group. It was the most gone of the three anyways. If there was a negative, it's the parking situation. Brecksville Rd is tough to find a spot sometimes. I hear they have a lot in the back of the building, and i haven't tried that yet, but I'm told its not as easy as the front spots. I'm going to find out for myself though. All in all, I'd say East of Chicago in Brecksville is one of the top pizzas around the area. Not unique, but tasty and solid. But I've only ordered the one basic pepperoni and sausage. My family has been a loyal customer to this franchise for almost 10 years. They were are go to pizza choice and honestly one of only 2 pizza joints that delivered to our house (the other option being less than desirable)

However I recently called to place a delivery order and was informed that I lived out of their delivery range. I promptly informed the employee that we had been ordering delivery from them for years and only live 6 miles from their location. The young man then informed me that they had recently shrunk their delivery area and no longer delivered to Richfield (the neighboring township from their location).

Guess it’s back to frozen pizzas for us....
