I have probably eaten at dozens of Chick-fil-A's several hundred times over the years since they first started. This one is by far the absolute worst and this is the first time I have ever had to do a negative review for Chick-fil-A. I ordered food for four people and everything was there except salad dressing. So I went back up to the counter to ask for the salad dressing and the cashier ignored me while they waited on another customer, then they continued to ignore me after taking the other customer's order and went back to the kitchen. Meanwhile another employee walks right by me standing there and ignores me as if I weren't even there. So finally I decided to look to see if the salad dressing was behind the counter so I could get it myself and not have to disturb anyone. No dressing there. So I saw the guy that was running the register standing in the kitchen and I walked to the kitchen door to ask him for the salad dressing. Then the same employee that had just ignored me and walked right past me, suddenly yells from the other side of the restaurant hey you can't be behind the counter! Well of course at that point I was pretty irritated since I would not have had to be behind the counter if he wouldn't have ignored me just 60 seconds earlier and would have bothered to do his job and ask if he could help me! So then I walk to the other side of the counter and he decides that that wasn't where he wanted me to stand even though that was basically where I stood when they took my order just 5 minutes earlier.😂 He told me he wanted me on the other end of the counter and refused to get the salad dressing for me . Finally eventually they called out a manager and I explained to him that all I wanted was salad dressing and this kid wanted to make an issue of something that should have never been an issue! The sad thing is that Chick-fil-A is so desperate for employees just like everyone else, that they will continue to hire kids with bad attitudes and no concept of customer service which will destroy...
Read moreFor Chick-fil-A, this was not a good experience. I've had better experiences at McDonald's. The lady that took our order, Evette, was unpleasant. She had a bad attitude and wasn't friendly. It seemed like she would rather do anything but take our order, despite being on the clock and doing her job. She even gave my boyfriend the stink eye as she left an hour later. We got our food, which was decent. The grilled chicken tasted like it had been sitting a while and the fries weren't very fresh. The well done spicy sandwich was steaming (as expected) so that was good. But we got the wrong beverage. It was supposed to be a passion tea lemonade but we got a frosted strawberry lemonade. Karen fixed the beverage, but she wasn't very apologetic or understanding. It was more like she was just doing her job, not like she cared, and that's not the Chick-fil-A way at all. Another disappointing thing was not getting a refill for the passion tea lemonade. Other stores are courteous enough to give you tea or lemonade because, you know, you paid an extra dollar or two for this premium beverage. What's so difficult about giving you a refill on one of the two cheaper beverages in the drink? I understand that's the operator's decision and in no way reflects the team members' fault.
Another small complaint is the uniforms. The team looked pretty messy with one girl in an orange polo, a couple in black, some button up shirts, and nobody has their title on their name tag, only the years of service. It doesnt make sense because some team members have 17 years and some (I'm guessing management) has 11 years. The years dont mean anything. Maybe they want a pat on the back for being loyal?

Read moreSo tonight was my first encounter with poor customer service and I know this is NOT the standard for this location and brand. I purchased a cobb salad minus a few things and added a few things via drive thru. Well noticed once I got where I was going, the salad was NOT made according to my request so I called and spoke with a 'Michelle' (manager, perhaps) and at first she said she couldn't find my order, then she was able to find it and debated with me over the additional cost that was not added on the original order. She went on to say I would have to pay for the additional items but that they couldn't deliver it. I laughed because who asked for it to be delivered but it was at this point I knew 'who and what' I was dealing with. I was looking for the proper response, a very familiar response of 'yes we will gladly exchange your order and I apologize for the mistake'. Well the apology never happened and I reiterated the fact that because I have to drive back over why are we debating corn and eggs and the additional charge. That's how the call ended, nevertheless what should have been a simple exchange turned into a complete refund.
