Rally House Brentwood Pointe — Local services in Brentwood

I've shopped at this Rally House since it opened and always had great service. This week I placed an order online and had issues not only with a missing item, but a total runaround with online customer service. After the third attempt I was ready to give up. Three days ago we went into the Rally House at Brentwood Pointe to exchange a different shirt. The staff were welcoming and helpful. When we got to the register to make the exchange, Tom R. (the manager) was there to help us. He asked if we found everything we needed We said yes... well, mostly... and I jokingly mentioned the missing shirt from the online order. Tom immediately jumped in to find out what went wrong. I explained what happened during my 3 attempts with customer service. He took down all my information and assured me he would look into it right away. Before we even got home, Tom had magically (I'm sure with a lot of effort) gotten through to customer service and had the replacement ordered for us. He did not stop there, he followed up with me yesterday to make sure I had received all of the proper confirmation papers and shipping notification. I like the other Rally House stores in our area, but this one will always be my go-to . Thank you...

Store is nice and has all the gear one would want, but from now on I'm ordering on the website for store pickup. Three of three recent visits I felt like I had to beg and plead for help to find what I was sure was there (sizes and styles) ... clerk busy doing something at back desk, after I ask three questions telling him what I want, finally I insist I see it there up high, him: oh, do you want me to get it down for you? (me to myself, No, only if you feel like actually selling something today :-( ...) we were shopping with and for grandsons, one of whom was right there and we wanted him to try on for size ... I feel like as a non sports type older person I am always ignored in this store. P.s. when I buy online for store pickup I will buy in multi sizes and make sure to return all the ones that don't fit, etc., thereby, I'm sure will be lots of fun for them to restock etc. vs being helpful in the...

Update to a previously 5 star review: I came in on Sunday, greeted by nobody. Perused for a bit, still not a word from anyone, yet they greeted other people. Looked at the prices.... How does a hoodie sell for $110? I'll pass. Things are far cheaper online

Super friendly staff. When we walked in we were greeted by a smiling face, she helped me pick an actual XL Mizzou shirt, and joked with me about how much we "love" folding laundry. Young man at checkout was also very pleasant. I was reluctant to return here because my first visit to this location wasn't very pleasant (not receptive, seemingly annoyed staff).
