Dunkin' — Restaurant in Brentwood

I have gone to this Dunkin Donuts very frequently for the last five years. It's a convenience thing for me because I live very close by. For a long time, the service here was acceptable. Every now-and-again they'd mess my order up but not frequently enough to be a chronic issue. But for the last six months to a year, the service here has been completely unacceptable. They seem to get my order wrong more often than they get it right. I get coffee at this Dunkin at least three times a week, if not more. They consistently input my order wrong, sometimes over-charging me. For instance, two days ago, I ordered a small latte and a medium iced latte (two items). I pull up to the drive-thru window and they've got two medium iced lattes for me. I explained that one of them should be hot and small and they went back to fix it. They come back with my iced latte but the regular latte is in a large cup. They say it's because they ran out of medium lids. I ASKED FOR A SMALL. The manager here really needs to tighten things up. I'm sure they are losing unnecessary profits because it seems that they make one drink incorrectly and have to toss it out for every drink they make. Furthermore, I've never been to a DD that is always out of so many things. Probably 30% of the time, when I ask for a certain muffin or drink, I'm told that they're out of it. They're constantly out of something. After DD came out with the tea lattes, I asked for a chai tea latte on three different occasions and was told they were out of it each time. That isn't the way to market a new product. I really hope that this DD does okay because the employees are friendly and it's conveniently close to home, but something there has to change...

Patience and their morning crew(3 that I saw) has lots of it. I decided to grab the kiddos some breakfast @5:40a after I offered salatal fajr 4 all my early birds who chase the worm 1st alhamdullilah. I ordered a Turkey sausage egg n cheese on an English muffin, a Lg. caramel latte light ice, & a dozen donuts(o-nuts) 4 strawberry glazed w/sprinkles, 4 blueberry, & 4 double chocolate (😋hmmm! Chocolate!😂🤦🏽‍♂️) but in return, recieved 4 strawberry glazed w/o sprinkles, 4 powdered, & 4 double chocolate. Their staff corrected the mixup with the dozen donuts(o-nuts) I've ordered at the drive thru but once i pulled off to & attempted to take a quicc bite of my breakfast sandwich it was a Turkey sausage egg & cheese sandwich on croissant😂😬🧐. With patience I was able to get the correct sandwich(Turkey sausage egg & cheese on an English muffin) but it was no cheese😅maybe the dunkin donuts staff member knew that im lactose & tolerant by the decree of Allah but who am I to question the Qadr & the ghaib. Btw my wife loved the ice caramel latte & the kids loved their donuts(o-nuts)😊😇💪🏾💙💯🕋🛐🛐🛐🛐🛐#practice☮it'll take you on a journey of uncompleted happiness inshaa Allah. Will never be ordering from here again, today will be my very last. This morning I ordered a chai tea latte with oat milk… one of my favorite drinks to get from Dunkin Donuts and it was the absolute worst! The drink had absolutely no chai in it. All I tasted was the oat milk. How disgusting! To make sure I wasn’t overreacting, I made my husband taste it to see. He agreed with me and said the drink was nasty. They gave me warmed up oat milk; in which I paid $6 for, are you serious? Was this some type of joke? WOW! Not to mention , the day before they messed up my order, and burnt my food that I had to throw away in the garbage. I’m not sure what’s going on with this location , but please do something! Very sad because this is the nearest Dunkin from my house, literally 2 minutes away. But I refuse to give this place any more of my money. Oh, and another thing , the lines are ridiculous here. Wait times at the drive thru are about 20-30 minutes long. Ridiculous! Please do something, bring back the old staff and management, it was a lot...
