Subway — Restaurant in Maryland

I would not recommend this location. If you don’t care for any ounce of customer service, then this one star rating and this location is for you. The customer service is ridiculously bad.

I ordered subs through the app and they were missing one add on for my sub of choice, so they chose to give me something entirely different. When I asked why they couldn’t just keep it as close to what I ordered (or contact me and ask), the employee got defensive and proceeded to ask me if I was aware the original sandwich I wanted was expensive. (Um what??) All subs under that promotion we’re the same price....Not sure what the current promotion and then not having ingredients has to do with being disrespectful to the customer?

Anyway, if you like your subs with a side of snark and zero customer service, then yap, give them your money. If you have a choice, you can find another subway within a few miles that can do the job right or at least not blame you for...

This Subway restaurant location is one of the reason that most subway restaurants will be out of business in the next 5 years. You're better off going to Jersey Mike's! I went to this subway and brought 3 sandwiches for my Mother. The bread out shadowed the sandwich (Barely any Meat). The bread tasted old and chewy! The person making my sandwich complained when I requested more toppings than what he put on my sandwich, as if the onions had come from his home. When he saw that I had a coupon he even attempted to charge me $2.00 more. Price is Never A Problem It's The Customer Experience! You're Bette Off going to Jersey Mike's and getting everything you want and more on your sandwich, without the side eye and extra cost. The sandwiches at Jersey Mike's are Fresher and Taste Much...

i never ever leave a review but i can't believe this is happening rn. i ordered subway as me n my mom were craving it bc 1.) she's pregnant and 2.) i hadn't eaten anything all day. so we order (i get my regular and she gets the philly). we then wait etc etc and we open the order. first, our breads were mixed up. i ordered white n she ordered multigrain which she needs bc she's PREGNANT. then, she finds little cheese n lettuce when she asked for extra. i get olives on my sandwich when i did not ask for any n they left out the black pepper on my sandwich. this is so incredibly stressful for both me AND her. it's rlly sad to see as we used to order delivery n they never mixed up...
