Paid a visit to this Five Guys for dinner on a recent trip to Brentwood since BurgerFi closed and I'm not a fan of Mooyah's but wanted a burger. Besides, I hadn't been to Five Guys in a couple years. Can you say "Sticker shock"? My order consisted of a SINGLE cheeseburger, small fry (Cajun, of course), and a fountain drink. When I saw the total was over $22 I almost cancelled and left. Unless you're eating at a full-service restaurant, NO burger is meal is worth $22. But I wanted a burger, so I "hey, it's only money". The staff was pleasant and went about preparing my order, but out of the at least 7 people I saw on staff, only 3 or 4 were actively engaged in work. Two stood behind the counter looking at their phones. There was a lady in the dining room that was doing a fantastic job of getting it cleaned for the approaching dinner rush (I arrived about 4:30 pm). The food was delivered in about 7 minutes and was hot and good. A bit *too* heavy on the Cajun seasoning on the fries, but not really a complaint. The bigger issue, of course, is the price tag for what it, essentially, a minimalist dinner. I'm pretty sure that's the case with most Five Guys, so it'll probably be a couple years before I visit a Five Guys again, unless either the prices go down or I get a helluva raise.

Five guys always great to me. I know this much. I am already tired of another burger so I came back here to get my cheat day burgers. I will say Shake Shack is not the place I am tired of. I like to change things up a lot so Life don’t get boring. I love being able to see the production of the product I’m gonna consume. Five Guys prepares your order in plain sight & the restaurant is clean & the service is down to earth & real. No fake niceness or pretending. Just real everyday folks making a wage while taking care you. I give Five Guys all fives because this is a top 3 burger chain hands down in the country. 1. In N Out in the west 2.Five Guys in the south to parts of the lower eastern region. 3. Shake Shack East but I do dine with this joint in Franklin Tn.

It was fairly empty for a weekend. The service was great. I will have to try their food at some point. I only went for milkshakes this time around. Of course I went with strawberry, my favorite. My brother said it was worth the drive and the five bucks. ( and some change ) He got oreo and my mom got coffee. All three flavors were amazing. I'll try cherry next with a burger. It was mostly teenagers so it was semi clean but could've been better.

This place is quite expensive for a burger place. I spent nearly $60 for a group meal on fast food. Though I thoroughly enjoy the burgers. I am never disappointed with them. I also like that they aren’t huge burgers and they are well-sized. The patties aren’t paper thin (looking at you Krystal) and are juicy and flavorful. I love the Cajun fries. They are so good! I appreciate that the employees fill the bags up well and hand-cut them as well. The service is usually good for the most part. I wish there was a drive-thru at Five Guys. I suggest you guys start buttering your burger buns if you are not already doing that. I very much enjoy this place for a quick burger that is just a bit more gourmet than your typical fast food restaurant. I can give this place 5 stars because you get what...
