If I could give zero stars for my experience I would. I spent over $8,000 in November for an outdoor sofa and 4 chairs. I was told at the time they should be in the Nashville warehouse around Thanksgiving or the week after. It was the last week in January before I was informed they were finally in Nashville. I did not complain or raise concerns to Stock and Trade that it took so long. I hired the moving guy they recommended. The furniture arrived wrapped in cloth and shrink wrap. After immediately unwrapping the items, I noticed 2 of the chairs were soiled. I took pictures, called the store and sent the pictures via text to the salesperson I spoke with. She told me the manager was busy, but would call me back.. 5 days passed with no response, so I called the store again. The manager (Kimberly) told me the merchandise comes in wrapped and that she personally inspects each item and that there was nothing wrong with the chairs when they left the store. With the way they arrived wrapped, there is no way they could have been soiled by the delivery man. I just now received an email from her that they delivery man said I unwrapped them while he waited, which is another lie. Therefore, she said they would not take responsibility for any damage. Obviously, I will never step foot in a Stock and Trade again. Beware if you purchase from...
Read moreHad a great experience here yesterday. Came in at 4pm to see if they had any camel colored sofas and Mirzi said they had just gotten a sectional in (they hadn't even gotten to price it yet). We liked it and asked if they could hold it while we went home to measure. Because apparently we could order it (maybe) but they didn't know how long it would take because it comes from Italy. They said they don't usually hold furniture but would until we could measure. I called about 45 minutes later because I forgot to get the depth of the sofa and Valentina said someone was in the store looking at it. I told her not to let them sell it and that I'd call back in a minute to confirm it would fit our space! I did and said I'd be back in about 5:30 to buy it. I was hoping they weren't going to sell it. Got there a little after 5:30 and it was sitting at the front of the store waiting for us. We purchased it and then a team of 4 young men wrapped it very nicely and helped us tetris it into our trailer! It's a very pretty store with fairly good quality at reasonable prices. You buy what you see in stock which is nice. Unless you see something you like that has already been sold (like a camel colored sectional). Lol They have lighting as well! Oh, and they also have a 10% military/veteran discount which was a...
Read moreI absolutely love this store!! Yes, the have unique items that will take your home to the next level but they also have unique employees that show they truly are there to help and service you! From the moment I entered the store, it felt warm and welcoming. A young lady, Sarah, greeted us at the door! She walked with us to show us the layout of the store (as this was my 1st time in the store) and she explained how shopping with Stock & Trade works. Sarah and the team didn’t mind moving items around to give you the best picture of how your room would look and feel with the items you loved. The best part was that I even got to take the items home with me that day! What truly makes any customer service experience great is when your salesman makes you feel as though they are there to service you. She was humble, friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. And let me not forget, she went above and beyond to ensure me that she was the type of salesman that keeps honesty and integrity as her foundation, which will always take you far in sales! Sarah is a true gem in the customer service world and finds the perfect balance for the business and...
