Have been trying to exchange two sweaters I bought for my husband for Christmas. First they said they couldn’t do it without the card I used, so after he brought the card they still wouldn’t exchange for a different size. Said it wasn’t correct card…even though it shows on my bank statement that I paid with that exact card. Ridiculous. Now we are stuck with two sweaters...
