From the moment I walked into Chick-fil-A in Brentwood, TN, I could sense that I was in for a delightful treat. The inviting ambiance and the warm greetings from the staff set the tone for a memorable dining experience.
Starting with the Chick-fil-A Chicken Biscuit, it was nothing short of spectacular. The breakfast portion was generously filled with a piece of their renowned boneless breast of chicken. Each bite was an exploration of flavors – the chicken seasoned with precision, creating a harmonious blend of spices that teased the palate just right. The hand-breading added a crisp outer layer that contrasted beautifully with the tender chicken inside. I could tell it was pressure cooked in 100% refined peanut oil, as it had that signature juicy, succulent taste that is distinct to Chick-fil-A. The buttermilk biscuit was a masterpiece on its own – flaky, soft, and freshly baked in-house. It cradled the chicken perfectly, merging the textures and flavors into a cohesive, delightful package.
Accompanying the biscuit were the Hash Browns, and oh, what a delightful side they turned out to be! These crispy potato medallions were golden brown, with a perfectly crunchy exterior and a soft, pillowy interior. Cooked in canola oil, they had a light, non-greasy feel, making them both flavorful and guilt-free. Each bite was a testament to the meticulous care and expertise that goes into their preparation.
The service, as always, was impeccable. Friendly, prompt, and attentive, the staff at Chick-fil-A Brentwood truly know how to make their customers feel valued.
In conclusion, my breakfast at Chick-fil-A was a culinary journey I'd gladly embark on again. For those in or around Brentwood, TN, looking for a breakfast that brings both comfort and joy, I can't recommend this...
Read moreHow is your company and title going to be known for their welcoming environment when it’s not what your workers are giving out. i came to this location after a graduation ceremony with my cousin and father. we ordered our food and found a seat. the food came within a few minutes which i very much appreciated. however the “team member” Kelli was not very welcoming nor friendly to my cousin and i. she was holding our tray with our food and was looking around for which table it belonged to. i thought i would help this poor clueless individual by raising my hand and telling her it was my order. she quickly and impulsively gave me and cousin a very dirty look but the only think dirty is that greasy hair she had tied up. Kelli then proceeded to call out our order name which was under my cousins. we both politely told her it was our food from across the table. she continued to give us dirty looks and even scrunched her nose. she raised her eyebrows with a petty look on her face and said, “uhhh ok?” i’m sorry but “uhhh ok?” isn’t a respectable answer to give to your customers at your place of work. to make matters worse… while we were eating our food. she was bringing out other customers orders who were seated around us. what i found so funny was that every single person she served… she greeted everyone with a smile, asked how they were doing, and offered to bring them anything else that they needed. this is not how you run a business. if one person is making customers feel unwelcome then that worker should be fired. i said what i said....
Read moreThis is honestly the worst Chick-fil-A I have ever been to. Let me start by saying this review is not based on a single experience, but on a multitude of occasions.
The first unpleasant experience I had here was a few months ago when the store started to close at nine instead of 10 and me and my family were unaware. We went in at around 8:30 to eat, and we sat down to eat. As soon as the clock struck nine we had an employee sitting across from us giving us a death stare, and then we had a teenager come up to us and asked us to leave. I have never had an employee ask me to leave when a restaurant closed... ever. I worked in the food service industry and that is very frowned upon and I can't believe Chick-fil-A let their employees come do that.
It's quite frankly ridiculous when the drive-through line is wrapping around the building and it's still takes longer for you to get your food via mobile order then it does if you just wait in the Drive-through line. This has happened to me on multiple occasions. I've been standing waiting on my food for 15+ minutes every single time even if the drive through isn't busy.
The customer service is awful. Every employee has an attitude you could ask for a sauce and you would be met with attitude.
The fries never fail to be over cooked. They look as if they have been sitting out hours.
Today, My bun was completely charred on the inside.
It's sad this is the only Chick-fil-A in Brentwood. It really needs...
