Crumbl — Restaurant in Brentwood

As someone with a cookie sweet tooth, I have to say that I thoroughly enjoyed my visit to Crumbl Cookies. My mom's birthday brought me in, and I left with a box of cookies that she absolutely adored.

First things first, the cookies are enormous - you certainly get your money's worth in terms of size. Though they're slightly pricier compared to your average cookie, it's worth it for the taste sensation. One of the things I appreciated was how good they tasted when warm. The flavors and textures really come alive once they're heated up. I also appreciated how they package your cookies with care and attention to detail. I paid the extra money to put them in a special birthday box.

I don't know much about the story of Crumbl Cookies, except that it's a franchise owned by a couple. Nevertheless, I don't need to know the backstory to appreciate the quality of their cookies. I tried plenty of flavors, each one was sufficiently delectable, and it was difficult to pick a favorite.

Overall, the combination of the huge size of the cookies, the delicious taste, and the excellent presentation make Crumbl Cookies well worth the visit. I highly recommend giving them a try if you're looking for something sweet, and honestly, I'm looking forward to my next...

This will be the last time I patronize this location. The customer service at this location is terrible. When a customer walks into your establishment, they should be greeted. I would even be understanding if it was a busy day with a lot of customers in the store. However, on this particular day, as well as a few other times in the past, the only people in the store at the time when I came in were three workers and what looked to be a friend of one of the workers because they were in deep conversation and hugging each other. After that, friend left, I was hoping someone would’ve greeted me, asked how they could help me or something. No one said a word to me. I decided at that moment that this business no longer wants my money so I left. Please train your associates to greet people when they walk in so that they feel valued...

I placed an order on the app for next day delivery but needed to make a change to the order. I was unable to cancel the order in the app so I called the store during posted business hours and could not reach anyone. I waited until the morning the order was supposed to be delivered and called the store 6 times and did not reach anyone. I drove to the store with hopes of canceling in person and to my surprise, the store was closed during the posted “open for business” hours. There was not a sign on the door to say it would be closed. My order was supposed to be delivered at 9:30 am. It is currently 9:09 am and the store is not open although the hours posted on the door and app suggest the store opens at 8:00 am....
