I visited this location to order the regular for my kids and I (2 6 piece, happy meals, quarter pounder meal, 10 piece meal, and a six piece on the side.) at the window and ordering at first, my order was rushed, but then confirmed before I went to the first window to pay. I proceeded to the second window. I was handed two drinks for the happy meals and a bag that contained a 10 piece nugget and a quarter pounder only , the gentleman at the window tells me hang tight at this point. Iâm under the impression that he is going to give me the remainder of my order. He hand me only two happy meals. I let him know that I am missing part of my order. He asked me what I was missing. I told him the completion of my two meals plus the six piece. He tells me they were not on his screen and I requested for him to print out the receipt. He goes to get it and we confirm that not only was in that added as a meal obviously I was not charged I let him know. I have no problem in paying for it to just create a order for fries and drinks and the 6 feet he tells me I would need to go and make the line for the drive-through because he has no way of charging me for it On his. He even tells me that I cannot order it from the dining room, because I have to make the order how it was initially placed I pull forward went into the dining room spoke to a manager, expressed to him what just happened.what just happened. Meanwhile, the same gentleman is being offensive and verbally abusive towards me, and at no point did I adjust my conversation to him. I even expressed to him that I wasnât mad at him that I was so upset with the person that took my order. This gentleman continues to be offensive to the point where he open. âflicks me offâ in front of everyone that was there. At one point, the customers approach the counter, and were telling him and the manager that something needed to be done because he was out of line. Nothing was done. Iâve called the store and spoke to the assistant manager and he informed me this person would be getting a written documentation to record his actions because âheâs been with them for so long and theyâve never had a complaint about him beforeâ. With his behavior, there is no way a prior incident, or multiple, did not make him as confident enough to show himself the way he did on February 21, 2024.    Read moreSo, itâs been almost an hour and Iâm still waiting at this point just to get a refund. First when the manager, a disgruntled short woman who immediately tried to argue with us when all we asked for was a refund and this is why. We had created a mobile order and went through the drive through where they told us to pull to the first window. After waiting for 25 minutes in the drive through line they proceeded to tell us at the front window that they couldnât find our order. For another 5-10 minutes we sat at the window as we showed (four different McDonaldâs employees) our order and the code for them to still say they couldnât find our order and that we should come in. After the level of incompetence on what should be a simple task. And never receiving an apology for the inconvenience we go ahead and decide to cancel the order on the app since we hadnât been charged (yet) and decide to just take it as a sign and go somewhere else. We get a mile down the road and what else do we see but a charge that has just come from Mcdonalds. We drive and back and go in to get our order and wait for another fifteen orders as other customers are waiting to receive their orders. A mother and her three children letâs them know that theyâve forgot two things from the order and shows them the receipt. An off duty officer keeps asking can she get her order and so we discover that we apparently werenât the only ones waiting for the employees at the Brentwood location to actually get an order correct. Funny note, in the background I see our order because itâs melting and growing cold on the counter (mnm McFlurry, quarter pounder and two apple pies). An employee walks it out to the pickup area (which was never something we selected over thirty minutes ago) and walks it back and sits it back on the counter.    Read moreNot very happy about our experience. Late dinner after shopping,so we ran to McDonald's, which we rarely go too, but enjoy. We decided to go inside bc drive thru was very busy. The restaurant was clean, but the service was not. Our cashier seemed bothered by us and was very unfriendly with us. We placed our order at 9:11 & finally had all of our food at 9:35! We are a family of 5,so we spent $50 for our family's dinner, at McDonald's. We sat at our table watching others get their food, quietly waiting. After 20 min, my patience grew thin. A nice man sitting next to us knew the Mgr, he was a regular, he found out how long we were waiting, so brought it to the Mgr ATTN. After another 5 min had passed, they bring us 5 fries and 3 sandwiches. đ We were missing chicken tenders and my burger. Clearly we ordered 5 combos. đĄ I go up to the counter, asking for the rest of our food,got another attitude from the cashier, then my burger was missing the bacon. All in all, it should never take 30 min at McDonald's... EVER! THAT IS NOT FAST FOOD. I was very unhappy about our experience at this particular restaurant and would even go as far to say, it almost felt racially motivated. I hate to say that, but we were the only white people and all the other customers that got their food fast, were not. Makes you wonder. They had a full staff, possibly even over staffed, so why were we the only ones waiting for so long for our food as we watched others order & have their food in 5 min? We didn't order anything crazy or complicated so I can't come up with any other reason other than than that. All in all, worst day for experience ever. Very disappointed and dissatisfied customer.
