I recently paid my first visit to this Taco Bell when I was in Brentwood for work. It was a rainy, dreary day and Jim wanted some comfort food. (Don't look at me like that. I worked at Taco Bell for over 9 years. It's my comfort food. :) ) The dining room in this location looks larger than most, and I get the feeling this location is relatively new...or maybe not-too-long-ago remodeled. Before going any further, I will say that I despise Taco Bell for pushing customers to order at a kiosk. Do I understand why? Yes, from a dollars-and-cents perspective, but that doesn't mean I have to like it. It's as if they put more emphasis on the bottom line than they do on the customer experience. The kiosk is 100% impersonal. The kiosk doesn't greet you. The kiosk doesn't smile and ask you how your day is. That's across the entirety of Taco Bell, though, and not against this location. It's not that you can't order at the counter (should you be able to get someone's attention), it's just the they'd 100% prefer you did. The dining room was immaculately clean when I walked in and made my way to the cold, impersonal ordering kiosk. I placed my order and waited for my food. After about five minutes my order was delivered. It was hot and accurate, and well-portioned. It was entirely what I was expecting with no problems. When I was done with my meal I was still hungry, though. I thought "You know what this meal needs? It needs a Taco Supreme®". So I went to the counter to order one. The gentleman at the counter (yes, I opted for the counter option) took my order and I paid -- using cash! -- and had a quick conversation with the employee that took my order. It was rather pleasant! (Try that with a kiosk. It'll just look at you judge-y). My Taco Supreme® was made fast and tasted great. The next time I'm in Brentwood I'll definitely visit again. Clean dining room. Fast food delivery. Pleasant staff. OH..and I love the aesthetic in this place.

This places suuuuuuuucks! I waited in the drive thru for close to ten minutes waiting on a #5 and a Mexican pizza.... then when they finally brought it to the window the chick working the drive thru was very unapologetic about the long wait.... fast my *as, more like convenience food... they get you your, at their convenience!

Food was average for this location. Workers are friendly and polite. However, at 12:30 pm and not too busy, the typical wait time for a single order was 30 minutes. Longest wait ever at any Taco Bell. Ever.

Normally I would say that my service is tremendous there. How is usually have one lady that super sweet and very friendly that takes care a customer is very well , usually in the mornings.. But I experienced something totally different today, at lunch. I always have a gift card because at one point I highly believe that I got my debitcard information stolen a couple of years ago so I don't use that anymore so I just buy gift cards to get anything in there or use cash. I always write down my balance on the back of my card. Today I had a gentleman and I use that term loosely, that said I didn't have any money left on my card. I knew very well I had $13.83 left on it. I said no there's money on there try it again. He said okay. He said here you go I got you today. I said what did the card do ??he said I've got you. He still tried to stay there was no money left on my card. He was going to keep my card but I ask for it back. He gave it to me. I came back to to my work and check the balance by calling and it was exactly $13.83 still left on it. I guess he thought I was just going to let him have it and he was going to use it. Not good. tried to call there and complain to the manager but no one answered. I left my message for someone to call me back. I am waiting to see if they will call me back. That's just...

July 29, 23 Well, the 1st. thing not much thought was put into the plan of the parking lot Very tight drive-thru. Second… we placed the order and was ordering a Baja freeze. The boys ( P. Beatriz ) said they were out of all flavors. Third….. we’re sitting at the drive-through window, and the boy is staying in there not even acknowledge that we’re the the window. His hair look like he just did crawled out of the bed., stretching twisting like he’s trying to pop his back, just not not doing nothing. No kind of job at all. 4th. After 10- 15 minutes, he opens the window and ask us how much is our order. My husband told him you’ll have to look to be sure.. so he fiddles with the board and he finally find it. 5th. When we placed our order, he told us that there were no freezers available.. we could see the machines and the clearly fine to be served. . They were not in liquid form. They were frozen as they should be.. After more 10 minutes we finally get our food. And as we pulled away, traffic was wrapped all the way around the building. Again, there was not a proper thought, putting in the plans for this establishment and the parking lot. More thought ALSO needs to be put into whom your hiring or have better management there...
