I had to put all 1s or I couldn't do the survey!! Honestly this place should get a NEGATIVE -10!! It is scary that they are allowed to do business in such haphazardly, unsanitary, disgusting conditions!! I lived in Brick up till 2021 and always liked going here for a reasonable priced, good tasting burrito in a nice clean environment!! BEWARE BEWARE This place is a horror show!! What happened the last couple of years? Reviews I read seem to all have the same consistent theme, "disgusting"! Does the Company not care that the product guality has gone down, the price gone up and the place was an absolute disgusting unsanitary mess!!?? First off, I asked for quesadilla and was told right away the machine was broken. I then proceeded to watch the person behind the counter drop the bowl she was preparing for the customer in front of me....she left the mess from that bowl on the counter and did nothing to pick up and clean. The person working the register stood there and said, "I am not cleaning that up I didn't drop it"! Not good customer service at all!! As I was standing there giving my order, right behind the Chipotle station are tables and they had every dirty pot, pan, bowl, cooking tin that you could imagine stacked 3-4 high! 🪰 flying all over the place!! When I paid my bill I had no idea how it totaled $35.59. I was anticipating getting a receipt to which I was told, "sorry our printer isn't working"! That is unacceptable. As I was waiting for my order I observed a second Chipotle station to the right of the register that looked like it had been picked over by vultures!! Food was all over the place and nothing covered. I knew I should have asked for my money back right then and there. However, I asked for two side cups of hot sauce for my chips and a guy brought out 3 different Tabasco hot sauces!! Clueless. I gave up on that, and later had to just throw out my chips as they were stale!! As I went to fill my soda, that area was worst than the food stations, there was no Root Beer, coke tasted horrible, not sure what it was. It looked liked nothing had been wiped down at all all day!! There was no napkins, forks, spoons and knives all gone. I think I got the last fork and knife. As I made my way towards a table to sit down not one was clean or wiped down and literally every table had food on them. It was a bad decision going there. I was disappointed and disgusted. I personally will never go there and I will tell everyone that I know NOT to go there!! You won't last another 6 months like this guaranteed!!! People continue to have the same experience I had....read your reviews!!! You should read your reviews they are all consistent with the feedback I am providing you with. Lastly, I spoke to the Manager Joe about my experience. I was able to nonchalantly pull him to the side, I said to him not sure what you guys are going for here but, I can guarantee you this is not part of the business model Chipotle wants!! I told him the place was disgusting. It didn't seem to even come as a surprise to his. Is this the new standard now? I told him that this Chipotle has really declined in 3 years. He basically apologized and said sorry. He basically called me a liar when I told him my chips were stale. He responded by saying, "they are made fresh everyday. I advised him about not being able to get a guesadilla due to the machine being broken, to which he was not aware!! I told him not able to get a receipt for my purchase was unacceptable. Joe seemed like a nice guy in the end but, the damage was already done!! He did mention, many times sorry, could not get any help at the store etc., etc. As if he was justifying these things! Read moreLet me start out by saying I normally don't take the time out of my day to leave negative reviews but my experience at this location last night (9/5) was awful. First off this Chipotle has been here several years now and I'm not a huge Chipotle fan but from time to time I do enjoy getting it. Everytime I walk into this store(which isn't offten) the garbage cans are overflowing with trash, tables are a mess, food all over the floor, utensils are sometimes empty and that includes napkins. Thats not a environment people want to sit down and eat a meal in. So lastnight my wife placed a mobile order for pickup. We placed the order about 10-15 minutes prior to arriving. Once we arrived, I waiting another 5 minutes or so before going in. The 5 minutes went by and I went in. When I walked inside the store, there was a long line of customers waiting to place their order as well as people waiting to pick up their mobile orders. From what I saw, there was only one employee working on the mobile orders and there where 0 orders on the shelf ready to picked up. So I was like okay it's not ready yet no big deal. That store is small and it gets crammed so I walked outside to wait. My wife sent me a text maybe 2 minutes later with a picture saying our order was complete and ready for pickup. So I walk back inside and there are now more people waiting for their mobile orders. So I squeez by them and I walk to the shelf where the bags are placed once they're done and there aren't any bags on the shelf. Now I could've asked the employee where my order was but I could see she was overwhelmed with the amount of tickets she had to work on so I didn't ask i didnt want to slow her down. I walked back outside and told my wife the order isn't ready. So now my wife is getting mad at me but I explained to her that nobody has received there order and the employee is backed up. She (the employee) must've had at least 8 tickets. All this is going on and not once did another employee offer to help her out. At this point I've been at the store 35-40 minutes. I decided to tell my wife we where leaving. I dont blame the women working on the orders but there's at least 6 or 7 customers standing there that DID NOT receive their order in the amount of time I was there which was about 20-25 minutes (physically in the store). It was obvious that she was overwhelmed and needed help and was flustered. Like I said nobody offered to help her or anything and that's unacceptable when you have customers waiting. Not only waiting but being told by text message their order is ready when it's not. In the 25 minutes I was inside the store 1 customer got their mobile order. My wife contacted customer service and they did refund the money so at least we got the money back but the service is non existent in that store. Where is the manager? Anyway that experience really didn't sit well with me. I won't be going back for a long time. Read moreI went into this Chipotle tonight and it added to my previous disappointments with this restaurant. In the past I have felt a stomach ache the day after l ate here and wondered if it was this food. But, it doesn't happen all the time so not sure and I kept coming back. Tonight I got two bowls, one vegan and one chicken, and told the girl I wanted two guacamoles. I got home about an hour later and there was only one guacamole in the bag. I reluctantly went back to the restaurant and asked for my other guacamole. The cashier told me that I actually didn't get charged for the guacamole at all and she didn't realize it before. I said well it doesn't matter, I thought l was charged for it and came all the way back here (I don't live in that area. I expected the customer service to be "the customer is always right" but instead she started arguing with me that I should have paid anyway. Then, she wanted to charge me. I told her she should just give me the guacamole since I came all the way back. She said, "That's not how capitalism works". Well, that is not how customer service works. I usually write nice reviews but when I had the cashier and manager telling me how wrong| was, that is not acceptable.
