Wendy's — Restaurant in Brick Township

This Wendy's may be the nicest Fast Food place I've ever been to. With the fireplace in the lounge seating area, it doesn't even seem like Fast Food.

The staff, on register or around the dining room, is always top-notch for friendliness. Probably not unrelated, although I don't go that often I've seen managers and (I believe) the owner going around there too and acting the same. The whole is just very welcoming.

For the food, while I can't say this location is unique to the Wendy's chain, they are certainly representing it well. I've never had anything I believed was below-par. And whether eating cheap like the 4 for $4 combo or having something special like the Bacon Portabella, it feels like good value.

And I should add there are not just one, but two Coke Freestyle machines. If you prefer that as I do, only the BK and the Five Guys in the area are competitors. (McDonalds still has old-fashioned taps and Chick-Fil-A doesn't have a soda fountain in the dining area.)

If I had to give a con, the one big room structure is probably easier to manage but it allows for the place to get noisy when busy. Having room dividers or a building separated into multiple rooms would allow for quieter areas. Also there is no childrens' play area if that's a...

The star I went to order the whole order was messed up. Ask for certain things not on the food due to food allergies got four burgers with the same things on it. Was told by the cashier is not my fault that you’re allergic to something. Then have manager scream over top of you. What do you want me to do about it. Playing with someone with food allergies was nowhere. OK because what if I would’ve been into that and I would’ve went to epic shop. They expressed to the family that oh we accidentally kept putting tomatoes on this person‘s food. What would you explain that to my kid? Would you explain that to my family. I’ve been an open lawsuit and for manager to be standing up there, screaming at a customer with other customers in the store so remotely how disrespectful how much they don’t care. I guess the health department needs to come check out people wiping and Eatingon the line and say what you want because you know what food I want you to be respectful to...

I normally go lunch and dinner when I do go , 9 out of 10 times they forget sauce and even skimp on the fries like not even half way full , sometimes they are great most time horrible, 12/17 doing Xmas shopping, stopped for a 2 for 3 I wanted oj instead of coffee no said rudely only coffee, ok so fine just give me the standard 2 for 3 I know that fast food jobs stinks for some but why talk to all patrions like they are idiots, sarcasm and intense vitteral isn’t worth the food they give you, I do notice it's seem to only when the English language isn't there primary language, or when it's teenagers and the weekends.
