Main Street Pizza — Restaurant in Bridgeport

I tried ordering food over the phone, but was set to voicemail. Upon going to the restaurant we helped the employee figure out their internet service was down. We patently waited about 35 minute for our food. When trying to pay, the worker told me my card was declined. The problem was not the card but that their system, was down. The worker then told us that we needed cash to pay. The workers told us to walk down the road to find an atm. We had to call a friend who drove 15 minutes because the workers gave us no options. The worker was extremely dismissive and gave us the impression that we needed to figure out how to pay when their system was clearly at fault. After an almost 45 minute ordeal it was disheartening that a local business would tell me to figure out how to pay when they we’re clearly at fault. I feel this business put their profit over caring for their customers experience. The owner couldn't care less when called about the problem. I will not be returning to this...

Horrible service. Got to the place they gave us the wrong order and they didn’t charge us correctly. I ordered a half pie with garlic nuts and wings , all we got was a order of wing and just a cheese pizza .i call to say they got the order wrong they realized they gave us some elses order.they asked us to bring back the pizza ,so they can give it to the customer (which the pizza was cold by that time and been in multiple places ) . I went to the place and the mexican chick was rude with an attitude. And when i went to pay the difference since they didn’t charge me correctly, it took her 5 times to try to get the total and she still couldn’t figure it out. Honestly they had no sympathy or even acknowledged that they made a mistake .Really horrible,i will not...

I only got a large extra cheese and garlic knots but the pizza is not bad. I do like that it's well done and not all greasy and doughy like the place that used to be there. Sidebar, all Captain's Pizza locations were trash AF. The garlic knots are nice and soft what kind of bland other than the garlic on it. The staff is really nice and the environment is really clean and welcoming. The prices are not bad despite the other reviews. I've gotten food from other places that are more expensive and they suck so no complaints on the prices yet. I would probably be open to trying different things off the menu in the future. Y'all got to do something about the Bland garlic knots though because I like garlic knots, maybe serve them with some...
