McDonald's — Restaurant in Bridgeport

Their food is pretty decent and they usually are okay but it always changes here every few years as most workers seem to change so if you have a problem just try another time as someone else will probably be working. Tonight I ordered a hot fudge sundae and asked for a receipt at the drive thru window and was told it wasn't working. So I knew it was just the receipt roll ran out as I had worked in retail too. So I told him three times that I have to have a receipt for my records. So in about ten seconds a miracle happened. He suddenly had a receipt for me. So I thanked him. As I drove away he was imitating me and making fun of me in a very nasty and condensending voice thinking I couldn't hear him, repeating what I said twice, I have to have a receipt. I have to have a receipt. So as I was driving to the next window I yelled back loud enough for him to hear. I heard you! At pickup window told the guy who said he'd talk to the mgr about it. I explained that as a paying customer Iam entitled to my receipt especially I need it for business deductions. Then told him I was going to write a review and wasn't coming back to this MCD. So just wait til they rotate them or try another MCD because there are plenty around. Seems there's no respect anymore! Kind of makes you want to just go home and...

It would also appear that they stopped using Heinz ketchup packets and now they manufacture their own ketchup

it was pretty good , My first time dining at a McDonald’s in three years

I’m not sure I will revisit this establishment but once in a while , because of the calorie intake

This location has been recently renovated because of a fire the roof got fire and they had to rebuild the establishment looks great...

I went to the drive through a few weeks ago and the service was very slow. My code on my McDonalds app “didn’t work” and I tried twice. I have gone to multiple different McDonalds and my codes have always worked. When I ordered my food and went to the window there was a man who was sneezing and coughing and then went and touched my drink and food to give me it. When i asked him at the window can you scan my QR code instead so i could use the coupon? He wanted to see my phone and actually have it in his hand and i refused because it was close enough he could scan it and I didn’t trust him. I didn’t take my food after he did those things. I just drove off. He looked Mexican - race wise. I don’t remember his name. Such a waste of my time. DO NOT COME HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO GET SICK OR HAVE TO DEAL WITH...
