This location has a ton of work to do. I’ve been here a couple times and every time I’m truly disappointed. I worked at Freddy’s for 5 years and understand what goes into every order. The hot line really needs to work on communicating I received no sautéed onions on my patty melt and the fries are held too long. (Supposed to be something like 3 mins so they don’t get cold) when it comes to a dine in order it passes at least 3 people before it comes out to you (second, make, fry, then out to the guest. In that order) each person can see what is going on the order and it passed all positions and nobody said anything. All it takes is for one person to care and fix it. This is a Kansas City brand and this place brings shame to the family and the brand. Leave it to “the Lou” to take something that was once amazing and ruin it completely. This has to be a franchise location because this wouldn’t fly at a corporate store like the one I worked at. I know the menu like the back of my hand 7 years later, and was incredibly disappointed to see a discrepancy between locations. The manager is the only one who seems to care about anything and the supervisors don’t at all. Freddy would have a field day at this location and I’ve only seen that man angry once. Read moreWent for food at the drive through and let me just say that I have gone to other Freddy’s locations and have never experienced such rudeness. Whom ever the girl was at the drive through taking orders, she needs to be maybe cleaning the restaurant and not dealing with the public. What we are used to is getting the spill about mustard, etc on the burger and being asked if that works or if we want to change it. She never asked, just asked what was the drink. We mistakenly said Coke and she said very rudely we have Pepsi! Okay! Overall her attitude and the attitude of the drive through is unacceptable. I don’t like having my food just basically tossed in the bag without care. Freddy’s is not cheap! I know that there is an overall work shortage with a lot of businesses, but y’all must have gone down in the sewer looking for people. If you are going to work in customer service and the food industry at that, get the attitude in check! Please address your ladies that wear weaves to not pat in there heads and put their hands over the their mouths when they are serving up food! It’s nasty! Read moreTerrible customer service. The evening shift manager was very rude and argumentative. Instead of wanting to correct my order and give me what I paid for, he wanted to argue about the fact that they served Sierra Mist instead of Sprite. As I received my order from the window, I noticed that I did not receive one of my drinks. The worker informed me that my last burger was not rang up as a meal. I asked him who told them to do that. We laughed and he went to get his manager. The manager yelled out the order to me with an obvious attitude before telling me that he DID ring it up as a meal. I told him that I wasnt the one who said it wasnt a meal, it was his coworker and I just wanted my drink. He gave it to me and I left. When I got home I saw that several things were wrong with my order including the fact that the sodas were nothing more than carbonated water. I called the store to have the manager correct their mistakes and he was not happy. He cut me off before I could even tell him what was wrong and and continued to cut me off until I cursed him out.
